Description

Gas Risk Sensing Smart Ball {GAS SENSING SMART BALL}

The present invention relates to a gas risk sensing smart ball, and more particularly, to a gas risk sensing smart ball capable of sensing and recognizing gas leakage in a work space.

Industrial accidents are human accidents and physical damages caused by industrial accidents.

These industrial accidents are caused by worker overwork, carelessness and poor working equipment, but they occur frequently in unsafe working environments.

In particular, a closed workspace such as a heavy chemical plant or a shipyard with a large amount of gas discharge can easily cause a suffocation, an explosion or a fire accident.

Gas accidents in enclosed spaces frequently occur because the operator does not recognize the internal environment.

In general, when the oxygen concentration is reduced to 18% or less in the atmospheric state, people show abnormalities such as dyspnea and headache. If the oxygen concentration is reduced to 10% or less, the death toll becomes severe.

In addition, poisoning by poisonous gases such as carbon monoxide is also fatal, and when methane is 5% in the case of flammable gas, it exceeds the minimum explosion limit, causing a large-scale explosion.

Conventionally, various types of gas leakage detection systems have been disclosed as solutions to such problems. However, the gas leakage detection system is installed in a workplace and is low in portability, and workers can not sense the danger of a sealed space.

Korean Patent No. 10-1102921

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a gas risk sensing smart ball which notifies a danger signal when oxygen concentration in the air falls below a reference level or when noxious gas leakage is detected.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a gas risk sensing smart ball for inserting a smart ball into a closed work space and confirming oxygen concentration and leakage of noxious gas to ensure safety of a work space.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an electronic device including: an elastic ball having a receiving space therein; A gas sensing sensor housed in the elastic ball; An oxygen concentration meter communicating with the gas sensing sensor to measure an oxygen concentration; A speaker connected to the oxygen concentration meter for displaying the sensed gas information as light, a speaker output as voice, and a display window for displaying the oxygen concentration and the amount of harmful gas numerically, And a transmitter connected to the recognition unit and wirelessly transmitting the sensed information.

The elastic balls may be made of any one of a luminous material, a fluorescent material, a light emitting material, and a phosphorescent material.

The elastic balls may be connected to ropes.

The elastic balls may be made of any one of urethane, synthetic rubber, and synthetic resin.

The gas risk sensing smart ball according to the embodiment of the present invention can quickly evacuate the operator by detecting the leakage of the harmful gas and the oxygen concentration before or during the operation so as to reduce gas safety accidents such as gas sucking or carbon monoxide poisoning There is an effect.

1 is a perspective view of a gas risk sensing smart ball according to an embodiment of the present invention;
2 is a cross-sectional view of a gas risk sensing smart ball in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings, the same reference numerals are used to designate the same or similar components throughout the drawings. In the following description of the present invention, a detailed description of known functions and configurations incorporated herein will be omitted when it may make the subject matter of the present invention rather unclear. In addition, the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below, but it is needless to say that the technical idea of the present invention is not limited thereto and can be variously modified by those skilled in the art.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a gas risk sensing smart ball according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view of a gas risk sensing smart ball according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The gas risk sensing smart ball according to the embodiment of the present invention includes an elastic ball 100 having an accommodation space formed therein, a gas sensing sensor 200 accommodated in the elastic ball 100, a gas sensing sensor 200 A sensing unit 220 having a lamp 221, a speaker 222, and a display window 223 for changing the sensed gas information into respective shapes; And a transmitter 230 for wireless transmission.

The elastic ball 100 receives the gas sensing sensor 200 therein.

At this time, the material of the elastic ball 100 can be shrunk and relaxed, and urethane, synthetic rubber, and synthetic resin can be used to mitigate the impact upon dropping.

Further, the elastic balls 100 may be formed by coating a luminous material, a fluorescent material, a light emitting material, and a phosphorescent material on the surface so as to secure the cyanide property.

The luminous material temporarily stores light and emits light.

This is to ensure that it can be usefully used between jobs in an enclosed space.

A fluorescent substance is a substance that absorbs external electromagnetic waves or energy of a specific frequency and transforms it into visible light, and can be coated or coated on the surface.

The gas sensing sensor 200 accommodated in the elastic ball 100 may be connected to the oxygen concentration meter 210 to sense gas.

At this time, the gas sensing sensor 200 senses noxious gas passing through the oxygen concentration measuring device 210 communicated with the inside, and at the same time, the oxygen concentration measuring device 210 measures the oxygen concentration.

The measured noxious gas and oxygen concentration can be displayed in various ways by the recognition unit 220 connected to the oxygen concentration meter 210.

The lamp 221 can display whether the detected gas is leaked or not by light.

In addition, it is possible to check whether the operation of the work space is progressed by changing the color of the lamp.

At this time, the built-in speaker 222 outputs the sensed gas as an alarm sound or voice, and can propagate the leak or the like to the surroundings.

The display window 223 can display the oxygen concentration of the detected gas and whether or not the noxious gas is leaked.

Accordingly, the operator can check the oxygen concentration, determine the body condition and the working time.

The transmitter 230 connected to the recognition unit 220 can wirelessly transmit the sensed gas information.

At this time, the transmitter 230 installed in the elastic ball 100 transmits an RF signal.

The gas information transmitted via the RF signal can be transmitted to the smartphone and the control PC.

This allows the outside manager to grasp the safety factor of the work space indoors through the screen output of the dispensed gas information, and the operator can prevent the gas safety accident by grasping the safety factor of the workspace in the field.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications, substitutions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims. will be. Therefore, the embodiments disclosed in the present invention and the accompanying drawings are intended to illustrate and not to limit the technical spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the technical idea of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments and the accompanying drawings . The scope of protection of the present invention should be construed according to the following claims, and all technical ideas within the scope of equivalents should be construed as falling within the scope of the present invention.
