Abstract
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a hose clamp for a vehicle in which the fastening direction of a bolt for fixing a band is changed in the longitudinal direction of the hose to improve assembling performance.
A hose clamp of a vehicle according to the present invention is a hose clamp of a vehicle including a band that is installed to tighten the hose outside the hose and a fixing portion that tightens the band and the band is formed with a predetermined length A fixing bolt formed in the fixing portion and provided with a gear portion meshing with the tooth portion to fasten the band and provided in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the hose; And a stopper for preventing rotation of the band in a direction in which the band is unwound.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
In automobiles and various industrial sites, hose clamps are provided to connect various hoses to the piping.
For example, in an engine room of an automobile, a hose clamp is provided at a portion where the intake hose is engaged with the throttle body to fix the end portion of the intake hose to one side of the throttle body by tightening the outside of the intake hose.
The hose clamp is tightened by using a band formed in a belt shape and an end of the band by using bolts or the like so that the inner surface of the hose is connected to the connecting portion of the throttle body in an airtight state.
However, such hose clamps according to the prior art have a problem in that workability at the time of tightening is poor and interference with other parts in the engine room such as high-voltage wiring.
That is, since the bolt is fastened in the circumferential direction of the band, the bolt is tightened in the circumferential direction of the hose for fastening.
However, various parts are mounted on the engine room of the vehicle. Particularly recently, due to the spread of the environment-friendly automobile, components such as high-voltage wiring are additionally installed, so that the assembly property is low and the hose clamp is connected to the high- The high voltage wiring can be damaged due to interference.
Since the bolt is tightened in the circumferential direction of the band, it takes a lot of space for operating the tool. In order to tighten the bolt, a space for operating the tool must be secured. Such a space must be secured around the hose, and the assemblability is deteriorated.
Further, since the bolt protrudes from the hose clamp, the possibility of occurrence of interference with other adjacent components increases, thereby damaging the coating of the high-voltage wiring, thereby increasing the possibility of fire caused by a high-voltage current.
On the other hand, the following prior art documents disclose a technique relating to 'automobile and industrial hose clamp'.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a hose clamp for a vehicle in which the fixing bolt is balanced with the axial direction of the hose so that the assembling property is improved and the interference with other parts is reduced .
In order to achieve the above object, a hose clamp of a vehicle according to the present invention is characterized in that a hose clamp for a vehicle is provided, which comprises a band installed to be hermetically fitted to the hose outside the hose, and a fixing part for tightening the band, A fixing bolt formed in the fixing portion and provided with a gear portion engaged with the tooth portion to fasten the band and disposed in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the hose; And a stopper that allows the fixing bolt to rotate in a direction in which the band is wound and prevents rotation in a direction in which the band is unwound.
And the fixing unit includes a housing having the fixing bolt and the stopper, the housing having one end fixed to the band and passing the other end of the band around which the hose is wound.
The fixing bolt includes the gear portion, a head for rotating the fixing bolt using a tool, and an insertion portion inserted into the housing.
Wherein a housing fixing part protruding from the bottom surface is formed at one end of the band so as to face the center of the hose in the band so as to fix the end of the housing and the housing is fitted between the housing fixing parts, Are combined with each other.
And a gear portion of the fixing bolt is engaged with a tooth portion of the band so as to be inclined with respect to a tangent of a portion to be engaged with the tooth portion of the band.
The stopper includes a main body and a mating portion formed at one side of the main body and inserted between teeth of the gear portion of the fixing bolt.
The stopper is made of stainless steel.
The housing includes a band fixing portion to which one end of the band is fixed, a band guide extending from both ends of the band fixing portion to prevent the band from being separated from the band around the hose, A bolt fastening groove formed on the other side of the band guide so that a portion between the head and the gear portion can be inserted into or retracted from the fastening bolt; And a stopper insertion groove formed in the stopper groove.
The stopper is provided such that the fixing bolt is elastically deformed in the stopper insertion groove in the direction of tightening the band and one side of the stopper insertion groove is supported in the direction in which the fixing bolt loosens the band .
The stopper is moved in a direction away from the fixing bolt in the stopper insertion groove in a direction in which the fixing bolt tightens the band so that the contact area between the gear portion of the fixing bolt and the mating portion is reduced, And a contact area between the gear portion of the fixing bolt and the mating portion is increased in a direction in which the fixing bolt unwinds the band and one side of the stopper insertion groove is supported to prevent rotation of the fixing bolt .
The housing may further include a cover which covers an upper portion of the housing and has a housing coupling portion coupled to the housing at both ends thereof. The housing has a cover fixing groove into which the housing coupling portion is inserted.
The housing has a stopper fixing part formed at one side of the band guide so as to engage with one side of the stopper to prevent the stopper from being detached. The stopper is formed to extend from the main body and the stopper is inserted into the housing , And a stopper portion which is caught by the stopper fixing portion is formed.
A band guide extending from one end of the band fixing part to prevent a band from being detached from the band around the hose; And a band tightening member which is provided on the band fixing part and which is fixed to the band fixing part so as to extend from the end of the connecting part to the other end of the band fixing part, And a stopper insertion groove formed in the band guide so that the stopper is inserted into the stopper insertion groove.
A through hole is formed in a lower end of the closing portion and a press-in portion extending upward is formed at the other end of the band fixing portion. When the band and the fixing bolt are disposed in the housing, the connection portion and the closing portion are covered, And the upper end of the press-in portion is struck to fasten the closing portion and the band fixing portion.
According to the hose clamp according to the present invention having the above-described structure, the fixing bolt is balanced with the axial direction of the hose, thereby improving assembling performance.
Further, interference of the fixing bolts with other parts is reduced, and the phenomenon that the covering of the wiring inside the engine room is broken can be reduced.
