Abstract
An invention for a cutting machine is disclosed. A cutting machining apparatus of the present invention comprises: a table main body on which a table is installed; A motor unit installed on the table main body; A shaft connected to the motor unit; An encoder unit installed on a lower side of the shaft; A cover plate installed at a lower portion of the table body; A vent portion provided on the cover plate so that foreign substances in the table body are discharged to the outside of the cover plate; And an air supply unit installed on the table main body and allowing air to flow through the inside of the table main body and discharging foreign matter from the table main body through the vent portion.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a cutting and processing apparatus, and more particularly, to a cutting and processing apparatus capable of easily discharging foreign substances in a table body.
Generally, a material is mounted on a table of a cutting machine. The table is rotated by a shaft, and an encoder is installed on the lower side of the shaft to measure the rotation speed of the shaft. Cutting oil is sprayed on the workpiece, and the workpiece on which the cutting tool is rotated is cut. The cutting oil cools the cutting tool and the material when the material is being cut. The abrasion of the cutting tool can be suppressed as the cutting tool and the material are cooled. A cover plate and a sealing member are installed on the lower side of the table body to prevent cutting oil, moisture, and the like from entering the inside of the table body.
However, in the related art, when the sealing member is worn or deformed by the heat of the motor, foreign substances such as cutting oil and external moisture can be penetrated into the interior of the table body. As the foreign matter penetrates into the inside of the table body, the encoder may malfunction or malfunction. In addition, since an expensive encoder must be replaced when the encoder fails, the maintenance cost of the cutting apparatus may increase. Therefore, there is a need to improve this.

A cutting processing apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a table body on which a table is installed; A motor unit installed on the table main body; A shaft connected to the motor unit; An encoder disposed below the shaft; A cover plate installed at a lower portion of the table body; A vent portion provided on the cover plate so that foreign substances in the table body are discharged to the outside of the cover plate; And an air supply unit installed in the table main body, for discharging foreign matter of the table main body through the vent portion by flowing air through the inside of the table main body.
Wherein the vent portion includes a vent hole portion formed in the cover plate to discharge foreign matter from the cover plate into the vent hole portion; An inner vent panel installed on the cover plate to be spaced apart from the vent hole portion; And an external vent panel which is installed on the cover plate to cover the outside of the internal vent panel and in which a discharge hole is formed for discharging foreign matter discharged through the vent hole portion.
The inner vent panel may be spaced apart from the outer vent panel.
The inner vent panel may be inclined with respect to the cover plate.
The discharge hole may be formed by a peripheral portion of the outer vent panel being spaced apart from the cover plate.
Wherein the air supply unit includes an air supply nozzle installed on the table body to supply air to the table body; An air pump connected to the air supply nozzle to supply air to the air supply nozzle; And a dehumidifier for supplying dry air to the air pump.
According to the present invention, since the vent portion discharges the foreign material inside the table body to the outside of the cover plate, it is possible to prevent the encoder portion from being broken or malfunctioning due to foreign matter.
In addition, according to the present invention, since the air supply unit supplies air to the inside of the table body to discharge the foreign substances of the table body through the vent portion, the foreign substances penetrated into the table body can be quickly discharged.
