Abstract
A method of fabricating a velvet fabric is disclosed. A method for fabricating a velvet fabric of the present invention comprises the steps of stitching a yarn to be velvet into a fabric to be provided with a velvet; And cutting the stitched yarn in the fabric, wherein the yarn is partitioned into a plurality of zones in the fabric, wherein at least one zone is stitched to have a different color, and each yarn stitched into the plurality of zones is stitched to the stitched yarn Direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
Description
The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a velvet fabric, and more particularly, to a method for fabricating a velvet fabric that can simplify the working process of the velvet fabric and reduce the working time.
In general, velvet fabrics are also referred to as veludo or velvet, and pile fabrics include pile fabrics that represent filaments as warp and weft filaments that represent filaments as weft yarns, .
The velvet is a warp and uses a warp and a pile warp. The tissue is a flat or tissue, and is a pile of filaments that shows a smooth file or loop on the fabric base. In addition, when weaving, we insert wires in the direction of the weft to form a file, and alternatively we organize the bottom and the pile organization, and after cutting we cut the pile and cut it into cut pile, Make the shape loop appear on the surface finely.
There are many types of velvet, such as chiffon velvet (light velvet) and rayon velvet (rayon velvet), which is made up of short and straight stitched files. And a brocade velvet. Sefile fabrics are made of weft yarn and weft yarn, and weave files as weft yarn, which include velvet and corduroy. Belvetine is called cotton velvet because cotton yarn is used for weft yarn, The corduroy is characterized by a pile of a certain width formed as a pile in the warp direction.
On the other hand, the conventional velvet manufacturing method uses a warp yarn for a desk and a warp yarn for a file, so that it takes a lot of time to prepare a velvet.
In addition, velvet fabrics have a problem that it is difficult to develop patterns or designs for securing diversity. However, it is difficult to express various patterns in a manner such as printing by the nature of the fabric protruding from the pile yarn.
Therefore, depending on the overall dyeing, most of the velvet fabrics have the same hue as the whole, so that the variation of the design is very narrow, and accordingly, it can not meet various demands of the rapidly changing consumer.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method of fabricating a velvet fabric that can reduce the working time by simplifying the work process of the velvet provided on the fabric and realize a variety of designs through various colors.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of fabricating a velvety yarn, And cutting the stitched yarn in the fabric, wherein the yarn is partitioned into a plurality of zones in the fabric, wherein at least one zone is stitched to have a different color, and each stitched in the plurality of zones And the cut yarn is cut perpendicularly to the direction of the yarn to be stitched.
The yarn can be cut so that grooves having a certain depth are formed on the fabric when the yarn is cut into the plurality of zones.
The center portion of the stitched yarn in the plurality of zones can be cut.
A fabric having different colors may be stitched in the region of the fabric divided into the plurality of regions.
The yarn may be stitched on both sides of the plurality of zones, and the stitched yarn may be cut on a surface exposed to the outside of the both sides.
In the embodiments of the present invention, since each of the yarns stitched in a plurality of zones can be cut perpendicularly to the direction of the yarn to be stitched, the velvet can be provided, thereby simplifying the work process of the velvet and reducing the working time.
Further, the yarn may be stitched so as to be divided into a plurality of zones on the fabric, and the velvet may have different colors by changing the color of the stitched yarn in at least one of the plurality of zones, Since it has a three-dimensional effect, various designs can be produced, and accordingly there is an advantage that it can meet various demands of a rapidly changing consumer.
