Description

Sichuan brocade decorative picture fabric with vivid hairiness effect and design method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of textile technology and application, in particular to a Sichuan brocade decorative picture fabric with a vivid hairiness effect and a design method thereof.
Background
The Shu brocade painting is an ornament with higher collection and artistic value, but the Shu brocade painting produced at present is a plane fabric woven by the conventional Shu brocade process, and the pattern expression of the work lacks of stereoscopic impression and vividness. If the picture of the animal picture composition exists, the vivid effect of animal hair, limb shape and expression and the special sense of animal agility are difficult to express by the plane picture composition, so that the artistic value of the Sichuan brocade which is one of the three brocades cannot be perfectly embodied.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a Sichuan brocade decorative picture fabric with a vivid hairiness effect and a design method thereof, wherein the Sichuan brocade decorative picture fabric can display animal patterns in a three-dimensional and vivid manner, so that an observer has a brand-new sense of touch and vision and can perfectly show the artistic value and the economic value of a Sichuan brocade craft picture; the design method is used for weaving the Sichuan brocade decorative picture fabric, and the shape and the expression of animals in the picture can be three-dimensionally and vividly expressed by special process treatment on hairiness tissues.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a Shujin decorative picture fabric with vivid hairiness effect is used for weaving Shujin fabric containing animal patterns, and is characterized in that: the Shujin decorative picture fabric is characterized by comprising a conventional area and a hairiness area, wherein the conventional area is composed of a surface tissue and a back tissue, the hairiness area is weaved into an animal pattern, and the conventional area is weaved on the Shujin decorative picture fabric according to a common Shujin process; the hair feather area is woven by adopting free silk tissues, and the hair feather area is superposed on the tissues of the conventional area where the animal pattern is located. Namely, the Sichuan brocade decorative picture fabric comprises a conventional area weaved by adopting the traditional Sichuan brocade process, wherein the conventional area is a double-layer weave fabric consisting of a surface weave and a back weave (the surface is provided with standard weave inter-filament broken pattern-forming weft floats, and the back is provided with standard weave non-pattern-forming weft floats). The hair feather area is designed according to the trend of the hair feather, the color of broken hair feather of the free hair-cutting tissue is in weft floating, and the hair feather area is superposed on the area where the animal pattern is preset in the conventional area.
In order to better realize the Sichuan brocade decorative picture fabric with the vivid hairiness effect, the following arrangement modes are particularly adopted: the surface weave and the inner weave of the conventional area are plain weave, twill weave or satin weave, and the feather area weave is free floating long interlaid weave.
In order to better realize the Sichuan brocade decorative picture fabric with the vivid hairiness effect, the following arrangement modes are particularly adopted: the Sichuan brocade decorative picture fabric is of a 7-weft structure, wherein the number of colors n =7-m used by weft yarns in a conventional area, and m is the number of colors designed by animal hairiness; the Sichuan brocade decorative picture fabric is of a 7 or 5-weft structure, the number of colors used by weft yarns in the conventional area is not influenced by the number of colors designed by animal hairiness, and when the fabric is woven to the hairiness area, a plurality of colors in the original 7 or 5-weft in the conventional area are replaced by the colors designed by the animal hairiness until the hairiness area is woven.
When the Sichuan brocade decorative picture fabric is designed and woven, patterns with more colors are designed for animal hairiness, and in order to not influence the color (weft number) of a conventional area, a channel changing weaving mode can be adopted, namely, a plurality of colors in the original 7 or 5 weft are replaced by the colors designed for the animal hairiness when the fabric is woven to the hairiness area until the hairiness area is woven. The colors reduced in the conventional area in the period can be supplemented by the aid of technical measures such as pairwise sharing of the remaining colors of weft yarns or sharing of warp yarns and weft yarns, and the colors of the same color system are subjected to tissue gradual change, and the overall effect of the pattern is not affected.
In order to better realize the Sichuan brocade decorative picture fabric with the vivid hairiness effect, the following arrangement modes are particularly adopted: the interyarn tissue is formed by adopting freely floating long weft yarns with corresponding colors to interyarn according to the growth trend, characteristics and colors of the hair feather at the main part of the animal body according to the woven animal patterns, thereby forming the vivid effect of the animal hair feather which can be experienced from the touch and vision and the animal image with bright stereoscopic impression.
A design method of a Sichuan brocade decorative picture fabric with a vivid hairiness effect particularly adopts the following arrangement mode: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) overall pattern processing: generating a corresponding pattern card file EP1 in the conventional area according to a conventional Sichuan brocade pattern processing mode;
(2) processing the hairiness area and generating a corresponding card file EP 2;
(3) synthesizing a card file EP1 and a card file EP2 and generating a final card file EP 3;
(4) and (5) weaving on a loom.
In order to better realize the design method of the Sichuan brocade decorative picture fabric with the vivid hairiness effect, the following setting modes are particularly adopted: the step (1) comprises the following specific steps:
(1.1) pattern design or scanning a pattern;
(1.2) PS treatment: performing PS (process including color difference, brightness, contrast and the like) processing on the designed pattern or the scanned pattern, and saving the whole image as a bitmap BMP1 file;
(1.3) CAD processing: processing a bitmap BMP1 file according to a conventional Sichuan brocade pattern processing mode (including creation of an artistic designer file, color limiting, color setting, pattern processing, weft doubling color distribution, tissue configuration and the like) to generate a card file EP 1.
In order to better realize the design method of the Sichuan brocade decorative picture fabric with the vivid hairiness effect, the following setting modes are particularly adopted: the CAD processing specifically comprises the following steps: creating a design designer file YJ1, designing the colors of the conventional areas according to n wefts, distributing n colors to corresponding heavy wefts according to the design designer file YJ1, leaving the rest m heavy weft positions, making a sample card YK1 according to machine assembly, and generating a card file EP 1. If the panda is in a 7-weft structure, the conventional color number of the area is designed according to 5-weft, the card files EP1 are respectively arranged on the 1 st, 3 rd, 4 th, 5 th and 6 th wefts when being generated, and the 2 th and 7 th wefts are left as the card files EP 2.
In order to better realize the design method of the Sichuan brocade decorative picture fabric with the vivid hairiness effect, the following setting modes are particularly adopted: the step (2) comprises the following specific steps:
(2.1) feather zone PS treatment: establishing an animal pattern mask bitmap BMP2 on the basis of a bitmap BMP1 file;
(2.2) feather area CAD processing: setting the color of the animal hairiness, and creating bitmap BMP3 which is distributed according to the animal hairiness and only has m colors in the bitmap BMP2 area of the animal pattern mask, wherein if the pandas only have black and white colors;
(2.3) processing bitmap BMP 3: according to the size of the animal figure and the hairiness artistic designing file YJ2 is created; and (3) distributing m colors to the left heavy wefts of the card file EP1, leaving the rest n heavy wefts empty, and preparing a sample card YK1 according to machine assembly to generate a card file EP 2.
Namely, when a hairiness area is designed, warp points which do not flower are arranged outside an animal pattern mask bitmap BMP2 or bitmap BMP3 area, colors of animal hairiness are set in an animal pattern mask bitmap BMP2 or bitmap BMP3 area, the colors are respectively set to correspond to respective weft weights, a sample card YK1 is made according to machine assembly, corresponding hairiness intersilk tissues are created in a combined mode, and a card file EP2 is generated through processing. For example, in the panda picture, the areas outside the panda pattern area (i.e. the animal pattern mask bitmap BMP2 or the bitmap BMP 3) are all the warp dots, and the areas inside the animal pattern mask bitmap BMP2 or the bitmap BMP3 only have white, black or warp dots, and the black and white two colors must create corresponding hairiness intersilk tissues to form weft floating break points. White and black are respectively corresponding to the 2 nd and 7 th wefts according to the designed interlining structure, and the rest 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 th wefts are left empty, so that a card file EP2 is generated.
In order to better realize the design method of the Sichuan brocade decorative picture fabric with the vivid hairiness effect, the following setting modes are particularly adopted: the number of the hairiness interfilum tissues is = J/K, wherein J is the minimum value of the longitude and latitude of the animal pattern, and K satisfies the following conditions: k is more than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to 3. For example, the panda graph has 500 × 800 warps and wefts, and a chequer file YJ of 500, 250 and 160 stripes can be created and combined with the bitmap BMP3 to generate the card file EP 2.
In order to better realize the design method of the Sichuan brocade decorative picture fabric with the vivid hairiness effect, the following setting modes are particularly adopted: the step (3) comprises the following specific steps:
(3.1) creating a spare sample card YK2 with only the floral needle and no functional needle according to the sample card YK 1;
(3.2) merging the card file EP1 and the card file EP2 according to the sample card YK2 to generate a complete final card file EP3 containing n + m colors and corresponding to 7 picks.
According to a panda picture, setting 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 heavy wefts on a card file EP1 according to a spare sample card YJ2, and then placing 2 and 7 heavy wefts on a card file EP2 at positions of 2 and 7 heavy wefts left above the card file EP1 to generate a final card file EP3 capable of meeting the weaving requirement of a conventional area and a feather area simultaneously.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
the invention can three-dimensionally and vividly express the shapes and the expression of animals in the picture through the special process treatment of the hairiness tissues, so that an observer has a brand-new sense no matter in touch and vision, and the artistic value and the economic value of the Sichuan brocade handicraft picture are perfectly expressed.
