Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in order to clarify solutions for technical problems of the present invention. In the following description of the present invention, however, the description of related arts will be omitted if the gist of the present invention becomes obscure. In addition, the terms described below are defined in consideration of the functions of the present invention, and may be changed depending on the intention or custom of the designer, the manufacturer, and the like. Therefore, the definition should be based on the contents throughout this specification.
In Fig. 1, an example of a curtain wall system to which the present invention is applied is shown by type.
As shown in Fig. 1, a curtain wall system can be distinguished as a capture type (a), a hidden type (b), and a two side type (c) according to a glass plate fixing method or an outer finishing panel construction method.
That is, in the case of the capture type curtain wall system (a), the pressure plates fix the respective glass plates to the curtain wall frame by pressing the upper, lower, left and right edge portions of the glass plate from the outside to the inner curtain wall frame side. Thus, in the case of the capture type curtain wall system (a), the vertical and horizontal finishing panels that finish the pressure plate exposed portion constitute a lattice shape on the outdoor sidewall surface of the curtain wall.
In the case of the hidden type curtain wall system (b), a sealant is interposed between the curtain wall frame and the glass plate to fix the respective glass plates to the curtain wall frame by joining the upper, lower, left and right edges of the glass plate to the curtain wall frame. Therefore, in the case of the hidden type curtain wall system (b), the finishing panel is not used and only the glass plates are visible on the outdoor side wall surface of the curtain wall.
In the case of the two side type curtain wall system (c), the pressure plate presses the vertical or horizontal edge portion of the glass sheet toward the curtain wall frame side, and the sealant joins the remaining horizontal or vertical edge portion to the curtain wall frame, To the curtain wall frame. Accordingly, in the case of the two-side type curtain wall system (c), the finishing panels for finishing the pressure plate exposed portion are configured to be continuously arranged in the vertical direction or continuously in the horizontal direction on the outdoor sidewall surface of the curtain wall.
The present invention enables a designer or an operator to selectively use a glass plate fixing method by a pressure plate and a glass plate fixing method by a sealant in designing or installing a curtain wall system, Lt; / RTI >

9, the thermal distribution of a curtain wall system according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown in comparison with other systems.
As shown in FIG. 9, the thermal distribution of the curtain wall system can be analyzed using a variety of thermal bridge simulation programs such as Passive House Planning Package (PHPP) and RESFEN. In FIG. 9, portions close to red correspond to portions where thermal perfusion occurs and thermal bridge phenomenon may occur. That is, in the case of a curtain wall system in which the screw fastening portion X of the curtain wall frame for fixing the pressure plate is projected to the outdoor side of the building as shown in Fig. 9 (a), a thermal distribution is formed along the screw fastening portion X So that heat can be easily transmitted to the outside. As a result, heat bridging is actively generated and the heat insulating performance of the curtain wall system is deteriorated. 9 (b), the curtain wall systems according to the present invention have a structure in which the screw fastening portion Y is embedded into the curtain wall frame, thereby minimizing the thermal bridging occurring through the curtain wall system The insulation performance of the curtain wall system can be improved.
As described above, according to the present invention, an integrated curtain wall frame can be constructed to fix and support a glass sheet in various ways, so that a frame having the same structure can be used regardless of a glass plate fixing method or a heat insulating method of the curtain wall system, It reduces the material production cost of the month system and facilitates installation work. In particular, the curtain wall frame is configured so that it can be applied irrespective of the glass plate fixing method or the heat insulating method of the curtain wall system, but does not protrude to the outdoor side, thereby minimizing the thermal bridge phenomenon and improving the heat insulating performance of the curtain wall system. In addition, when the glass plate is fixed using a pressure plate in a capture type curtain wall system or the like, the pressure plate can be directly fixed to the curtain wall frame body, thereby preventing deformation of the curtain wall system and preventing durability do. Furthermore, it is to be understood that various embodiments in accordance with the present invention may solve many technical problems in the art, as well as those described in the related art.
The present invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that various modifications may be practiced within the technical scope of the invention.
