Description
The present invention relates to a high thermal insulation curtain wall system. More specifically, the heat insulation performance can be improved by limiting heat transfer to the air space formed at the connection portion of the glass panel after assembling the curtain wall, and the cross-sectional shape of the curtain wall frame for supporting the glass panel can be simplified. The present invention relates to a high-insulation curtain wall system that can simplify the attachment of glass panels.
The most heat dissipation in buildings is windows. Unlike ceilings, floors and walls, windows are exposed to the outside, so it is difficult to increase the energy efficiency of the entire building without reducing the heat energy loss.
Recently, as the building becomes higher, curtain walls are used to construct the exterior walls of the building. Curtain wall refers to non-bearing partition walls that do not support loads. In the curtain wall construction that closes the exterior wall of the building, large glass is used to enhance the aesthetics of the building and to see the exterior from the inside. Many glass curtain walls are used.
Such glass curtain wall has the advantage of not only reducing the load of the building but also reducing the air by mass-producing curtain wall panels of the same standard in the factory, but reducing the heat energy loss in terms of energy efficiency. In order to develop high-insulation, high-thick curtain wall, it is essential.
1 is a state diagram of the coupling portion of the curtain wall according to the prior art. As shown in FIG. 1, the curtain wall according to the prior art seats the end of the
However, the
In addition, the bolt is also made of a metallic material, the
On the other hand, in the case of the curtain wall frame to which the glass panel is fixed, as described above, other parts, such as a support part for fixing the glass panel, a U-shaped fastening part, and the like are formed, which increases the manufacturing cost due to the complicated structure of the frame, There is a problem that the work for attaching the glass panel is complicated at the site where the curtain wall frame is installed.

The high insulation curtain wall system according to the present embodiment includes a
The
In the present exemplary embodiment, the
Bonding of the
The
The
Bonding of the
The
The
In the
The
The flexible rubber may include ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM rubber). The flexibility of the rubber compresses the rubber, limiting the movement of heat or moisture.
The fixed
The fixing
Looking at the method of fixing the

Unlike the above embodiment, the present embodiment relates to a case in which the outer side of the
In order to couple the exterior
The exterior
The exterior

The
On the other hand, in each of the exterior
The
The
