Description
The present invention relates to a reel storage device capable of storing and withdrawing a plurality of reels.
In general, a reel is a product packaged in a stripe shape or a storage container for accommodating a product having a stripe shape.
When a product is stored and stored in a plurality of reels, it is very difficult for the operator to individually recognize the product information of the reels. Therefore, a barcode containing information on the product stored in the reel is generally attached to the reel housed in the reel.
The information stored in the barcode includes the manufacturer, product name, product ID, production number, product code, product specification, and production date associated with the product.
The information of the barcode attached to the reel is recognized by a barcode reader or the like, and the operator carries out the goods receipt and delivery according to the information of the barcode extracted by the barcode reader.
As a system for managing reels, Korean Patent No. 10-1416958 and a reel management system (registered on July 2, 2014) are representative.
In the reel management system, a reel is managed by registering, sorting, and discharging reels in real time, and the remaining amount of the electronic parts loaded on the reel can be automatically calculated accurately and easily.
The reel management system detects the size information of the tape wound on the reel arm and the arm for detecting the reel, calculates the remaining amount of the parts housed in the reel, and identifies the reel from the RFID tag attached to the reel And a storage unit for storing identification information and remaining amount information of the RFID reader and reel.
In particular, the reel management system includes a barcode attached to the reel and a barcode reader for reading information of the barcode.
However, since the reel management system uses an RFID tag, a barcode for inputting initial product information, and a barcode reader in each reel, the apparatus becomes very complicated and the system cost is greatly increased.
In addition, the reel management system does not include a function of separately storing reels having different thicknesses. Therefore, in order to separately store reels having different thicknesses in the reel management system, The reel thickness information must be entered manually.
In addition, since the reel management system does not include a function of collectively ejecting a plurality of reels at the same time, it is difficult to ship a plurality of reels simultaneously.
The present invention is characterized in that a barcode attached to a reel is photographed with a camera to generate a barcode image, and then the barcode image is processed to recognize the product information stored in the reel, thereby quickly recognizing the barcode information without using a barcode reader or an RFID tag The present invention provides a reel storage device that can be manufactured at a low cost by not handling expensive bar code readers and RFID readers, which can handle the receipt or release of reels in a shorter time.
The present invention provides a reel storage device that improves the work convenience of an operator by recognizing the thickness information of the reel in the process of storing the reel in the slot without directly inputting the thickness of the reel and storing the reel in the appropriate slot.
The present invention provides a reel storage device in which at least two reels stored in a plurality of slots are unloaded to an unloader and unloaded at least two reels simultaneously at an operator's request, do.
In one embodiment, the reel storage unit includes a storage body including slots for receiving a plurality of reels housed in the product; A loading unit including a camera for recognizing information of the product loaded on the reel and attached to the bar code attached to the reel; An unloading unit capable of collectively discharging at least two of the reels housed in the slot at the same time; And a reel transport unit having a reel clamping unit disposed in the storage body and providing the reel loaded in the loading unit to the slot and the reel from the slot to the unloading unit.
The loading unit of the reel storage unit includes a reel holder for supporting the reel and a reel aligner formed on the reel holder and coupled to a hole formed at the center of the reel to position the reel at a designated position of the reel holder .
The unloading unit of the reel storage unit includes a plurality of discharge slots for simultaneously discharging a plurality of reels.
The reel clamping unit of the reel storage unit includes a support plate for supporting a lower surface of the reel, a reel clamping plate disposed to face the support plate and pressing the upper surface of the reel while being lifted or lowered toward the support plate, And a reel clamping plate driving unit for driving the reel clamping plate.
The reel clamping unit of the reel storage unit includes a reel thickness detecting sensor for sensing the thickness of the reel.
The reel transport unit of the reel storage unit includes a guide rod disposed in the height direction of the storage body and coupled to the reel clamping unit, an elevator unit for transporting the reel clamping unit in the height direction of the storage body, And a rotating unit for rotating the guide rod.
Wherein the storage unit of the reel storage unit comprises a bottom plate, an upper plate facing the bottom plate, and side plates connecting the bottom plate and the top plate, the slots having a first slot And a second slot for receiving a reel formed at a second height different from the first height, the slots being disposed opposite the loading unit and the unloading unit.
The reel storage device according to the present invention is a reel storage device that photographs a barcode attached to a reel by a camera to generate a barcode image and then processes the barcode image to recognize product information housed in the reel so that the barcode can be quickly retrieved without using a barcode reader, By recognizing the barcode information, it is possible to process the receipt or delivery of the reel in a shorter time, and it can be manufactured at a low cost by not using the expensive barcode reader and the RFID reader.
In addition, the reel storage device recognizes the thickness information of the reel in the process of accommodating the reel in the slot without directly inputting the thickness of the reel, and saves the reel in the appropriate slot, thereby improving the work convenience of the operator.
In addition, the reel storage device can unload at least two reels stored in a plurality of slots in an unloader according to a request of a worker, and allow the worker to simultaneously discharge at least two reels, thereby reducing reel shipment time.
