BACKGROUND OF THE
Generally, in a heating piping facility or other indoor or outdoor piping facilities or buildings, a heat insulating material or an exterior material is wrapped and protected by a band member made of a metal such as aluminum or stainless steel for the purpose of preventing heat loss and frost.
These metal bands are cut from a relatively wide plate material to a predetermined width so as to be held by a user, and are wound and fed by a cylindrical supply part.
Conventional metal bands are supplied to the end user in the form that the cut band is wound around a cylindrical supply portion.
However, since the conventional supply part in which the metal band is wound is not easily deformed even at a relatively high pressure, the gap between the pipe and the pipe of the piping system for fixing and fastening with the metal band is narrow or the pipe is installed close to the wall surface, When the width of the rolled metal band can not pass between them, it is impossible to keep the roll on the pipe, so the metal band must be cut by a required length. Before being loosened to some extent, the thickness of the rolled metal band is considerably thick, There is a problem in use that is difficult to follow.
In order to solve such a problem, a metal band wound on a supply part is wound on a field, a metal band wound on a supply part is wound again through a separate winding device, and then only the wound metal band is taken out.
