- 용매 100 중량부에 대하여, TiO2 나노 입자 1 내지 10 중량부, 그래핀 0.03 내지 0.6 중량부, 대전 첨가제 0.000001 내지 1중량부 및 바인더 1 내지 10중량부를 포함하고,
상기 TiO2 나노 입자 및 그래핀은, 상기 TiO2 나노 입자 총 중량에 대하여 상기 그래핀이 0.1 내지 20 중량%로 포함되는 것인,
광활성 전기 영동 코팅액.

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 대전 첨가제는, 산, 염기, 무기 양이온, 무기 음이온, 유기 인 화합물, 유기 유황 화합물, 카르복실레이트 화합물 및 고분자 전해질로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인, 광활성 전기 영동 코팅액.

- TiO2 나노 입자 및 그래핀을 용매에 분산시켜 TiO2 및 그래핀이 혼합된 혼합 용액을 형성시키는 단계;
상기 혼합 용액에 대전 첨가제를 첨가하여, 상기 혼합 용액을 대전시키는 단계;
상기 혼합 용액에 바인더를 첨가하는 단계; 및
상기 혼합 용액에 금속 기판 및 상대 전극을 담지하고, 전압을 인가하여 상기 금속 기판에 TiO2 및 그래핀 코팅층을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는, 전기 영동법을 이용한 광활성 금속 기판 코팅 방법이고,
상기 혼합 용액은 상기 용매 100 중량부에 대하여, TiO2 나노 입자 1 내지 10중량부 및 그래핀 0.03 내지 0.6 중량부를 포함하되, 상기 TiO2 나노 입자 및 그래핀은, 상기 TiO2 나노 입자 총 중량에 대하여 상기 그래핀이 0.1 내지 20 중량%로 포함되고,
상기 대전 첨가제는 상기 용매 100 중량부에 대하여 0.000001 내지 1 중량부로 포함하고,
상기 바인더는 상기 용매 100중량부에 대하여 1 내지 10 중량부로 포함되는 것인,
전기 영동법을 이용한 광활성 금속 기판 코팅 방법.
