Claims (12)
- 2종 이상의 이온성 계면활성제를 포함하는 용액을 유기용매 및 버퍼액을 포함하는 이동상의 pH 변화시키면서 고속액체크로마토그래피(HPLC)로 분석하고,
여기서, 상기 이동상의 pH 변화 범위는 pH 3 ~ 6.5이고, 상기 이동상의 pH 변화는 포름산 및 아세트산 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 이용하는, 이온성 계면활성제 분리방법. - 삭제

- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 2종 이상의 이온성 계면활성제는
염화도데실피리듐(1-Docecylpyridinium chloride), 테트라데실트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드(Tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide), 디데실디메틸암모늄 브로마이드(Didecyldimethylammonium bromide,DDAB), 염화세틸피리듐(Cetylpyridium chloride) 및 테트라옥틸암모늄 브로마이드(Tetraoctylammonium bromide, TOAB) 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 양이온성 계면활성제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 이온성 계면활성제 분리방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 2종 이상의 이온성 계면활성제는
1-헥산설포네이트 소듐염(1-Hexanesulfonate sodium salt), 헥실설페이트 소듐염(Hexyl sulfate sodium salt), 1-옥탄설포네이트 소듐염(1-Octanesulfonate sodium salt), 1-데칸설포네이트 소듐염(1-Decanesulfonate sodium salt) 및 데실 설페이트 소듐염(Decyl sulfate sodium salt) 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 음이온성 계면활성제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 이온성 계면활성제 분리방법. - 삭제
