Abstract
Disclosed is a disposable container including a meal tool. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the disassembled lid portion is incised and wound in a predetermined direction to be inserted into the fitting space of the cap so as to be used as a spoon tool. The food in the disposable container can be consumed without taking the same utensils separately, and the production cost of the separate utensil such as wooden chopsticks can be reduced and the waste can be reduced.
Description
The present invention relates to a disposable container comprising a meal tool.
Generally, the disposable container is a cup-shaped disposable container and the top portion is covered, so that the food contained in the disposable container can be easily cooked by pouring hot water into the container.
Such a disposable container requires a dishwasher for eating food inside. In the past, the disposable container is not equipped with a dishwasher, so that it is inconvenient to take a separate utensil such as a wooden chopstick when purchasing an article.
This disadvantageously inconveniences the use of disposable containers which emphasize convenience. When the user does not take separate utensils, he or she is restricted from eating food. In addition to the disposable containers, disposable utensils such as disposable utensils increase waste, And the environment is not beneficial.
In view of this, for example, Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2009-0061242 (published on June 16, 2009) discloses a disposable container, but the problem of increasing garbage still exists because the separate chopsticks are merely connected to the disposable container .
In addition, most of the cooking water is poured during the cooking process. In this process, some of the surface of the food is floated by the buoyancy of the water, so that there is a difference in the degree of cooking between the contact surface with water and the non-contact surface. There is a problem that the quality is lowered.
Accordingly, the present invention is conceived from the above-mentioned background. It is an object of the present invention to provide a disposable diaper for a disposable diaper, comprising a disposable lid portion cut in a predetermined direction and inserted into a fitting space of a cap, It is an object of the present invention to provide a disposable container including a meal tool capable of eating food in a container and capable of reducing the production cost of separate utensil tools such as wooden chopsticks and reducing waste.
The present invention also provides a disposable container including a meal tool which can be firmly fixed in a rod shape by using the lid portion wound in a predetermined direction to be coupled to a cap and which can prevent the release of environmental hormones generated from the lid portion, .
The present invention also provides a disposable container including a meal tool for shortening the cooking time of food and improving the quality of taste by pressing and fixing a cap attached to the inner side surface of the lid to float food by buoyancy of water at the time of cooking It has its purpose.
To achieve these and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the present invention, as embodied and broadly described herein, A cover covering the open top, the cover being detachable from the container; And a cap having a predetermined length and formed with a fitting space therein, one side of which is opened and the other side of which is closed, and the separated lid is wound in a predetermined direction to be inserted into the fitting space through the open side of the cap A disposable container comprising a mealtime tool is provided.
In addition, in the present invention, the cap is detachably coupled to a lower surface of the lid unit.
Also, in the present invention, at least one pair of the caps is provided, and the lid part includes a perforated line, and is cut along the perforated line to be divided into two areas.
According to another aspect of the present invention, a recessed portion having a concave surface is formed on the other sealed side of the cap so that food can be spread.
According to another aspect of the present invention, a protruding portion protruding in a fork shape is formed at the end of the concave portion of the cap.
Further, in the present invention, the cap is detachably coupled to the outer surface of the container.
Further, in the present invention, the lid part is made of any one of polystyrene, polyethylene, and aluminum foil to be foldable.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the separated lid is cut and wound in a predetermined direction to be inserted into the fitting space of the cap so as to be used as a spatula tool, so that food in the disposable container can be easily removed And it is possible to reduce the production cost of separate utensils such as wooden chopsticks and to reduce waste.
Further, when the lid part is wound in a predetermined direction and coupled to the cap, it is possible to securely fix the lid part in the form of a rod and to prevent the release of the environmental hormone generated from the lid part.
In addition, when the food is floated by the buoyant force of water at the time of cooking, the cap attached to the inner side surface of the lid is pressed and fixed, thereby shortening the cooking time of the food and improving the quality of the taste.
