Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따라 유수 분리, 응집 또는 탈염 방법을 통해 원유 공급물의 수분이 제거되는 단계를 포함하여 중질유를 처리하는 과정을 도식적으로 나타낸 것이다.
도 3a 및 3b는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따라 잔사유가 구체적인 오일 개질 과정을 거쳐 개질되는 단계를 포함하여 중질유를 처리하는 과정을 도식적으로 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (13)
- 수분 제거 단계를 포함하는 원유 생산 공정 또는 정유 공정에서 중질유의 처리량을 증가시키는 방법에 있어서,
(a) 중질유를 포함하는 원유 공급물에 액상 탄화수소 유분이 주입 및 혼합되어 경질화된 공급물이 생성되는 혼합 단계;
(b) 상기 경질화된 공급물 내의 수분이 제거되는 수분 제거 단계;
(c) 상기 수분 제거 단계를 거친 공급물이 가스, 비잔사유 및 잔사유(residue)로 분리되는 분리 단계; 및
(d) 상기 잔사유가 개질되어 액상 탄화수소 유분이 생성되는 오일 개질(oil upgrading) 단계를 포함하며,
상기 오일 개질 단계를 거쳐 생성된 액상 탄화수소 유분이 상기 혼합 단계의 원유 공급물에 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 탄화수소 유분을 이용한 중질유의 처리 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 수분 제거 단계는,
유수 분리(separating), 응집(coalescing) 및 탈염(desalting) 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 방법을 통해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 탄화수소 유분을 이용한 중질유의 처리 방법. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 오일 개질 단계는,
상기 잔사유가 열분해(thermal cracking), 수소화분해(hydrocracking), 용매추출(solvent extraction) 및 접촉분해(catalytic cracking) 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 과정을 거쳐 개질되는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 탄화수소 유분을 이용한 중질유의 처리 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 오일 개질 단계는 상기 잔사유가 용매추출 과정을 거친 후 열분해, 접촉분해 또는 수소화분해 과정을 거쳐 개질되는 단계이며,
상기 잔사유가 상기 용매추출 과정을 거쳐 생성되는 액상 탄화수소 유분의 일부는 상기 혼합 단계의 원유 공급물에 주입되고, 다른 일부는 상기 열분해, 접촉분해 또는 수소화분해 과정을 추가적으로 거쳐 상기 혼합 단계의 원유 공급물에 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 탄화수소 유분을 이용한 중질유의 처리 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 오일 개질 단계는 상기 잔사유가 열분해 또는 접촉분해 과정을 거친 후 수소화분해 과정을 거쳐 개질되는 단계이며,
상기 잔사유가 상기 열분해 또는 접촉분해 과정을 거쳐 생성되는 액상 탄화수소 유분의 일부는 상기 혼합 단계의 원유 공급물에 주입되고, 다른 일부는 상기 수소화분해 과정을 추가적으로 거쳐 상기 혼합 단계의 원유 공급물에 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 탄화수소 유분을 이용한 중질유의 처리 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 원유 공급물은 API 도가 10 ~ 30인 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 탄화수소 유분을 이용한 중질유의 처리 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 액상 탄화수소 유분은 API 도가 15 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 탄화수소 유분을 이용한 중질유의 처리 방법. - 수분 제거 공정을 포함하는 원유 생산 시설 또는 정유 시설에서 중질유의 처리량을 증가시키기 위한 장치에 있어서,
중질유를 포함하는 원유 공급물에 액상 탄화수소 유분이 주입 및 혼합되어 경질화된 공급물이 생성되는 혼합기(1);
상기 경질화된 공급물 내의 수분이 제거되는 수분 제거 장치(2);
상기 수분 제거 장치(2)를 통과한 공급물이 가스, 비잔사유 및 잔사유(residue)로 분리되는 분리기(3); 및
상기 잔사유가 개질되어 액상 탄화수소 유분이 생성되는 오일 개질(oil upgrading) 장치(4);를 포함하며,
상기 오일 개질 장치(4)를 거쳐 생성된 액상 탄화수소 유분이 상기 혼합기(1)에 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 탄화수소 유분의 주입을 이용한 중질유 처리 장치. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 수분 제거 장치(2)는,
유수 분리기(separator), 코어레서(coalescer) 및 탈염기(desalter) 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 탄화수소 유분의 주입을 이용한 중질유 처리 장치. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 오일 개질 장치(4)는,
열분해(thermal cracking) 장치, 수소화분해(hydrocracking) 장치, 용매추출(solvent extraction) 장치 및 접촉분해(catalytic cracking) 장치 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 탄화수소 유분의 주입을 이용한 중질유 처리 장치. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 원유 공급물은 API 도가 10 ~ 30인 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 탄화수소 유분의 주입을 이용한 중질유 처리 장치. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 액상 탄화수소 유분은 API 도가 15 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 탄화수소 유분의 주입을 이용한 중질유 처리 장치.
