상기 <실시예 1>에서 제조한 복합 발효 추출물에 대한 화장품에 적용 시의 상용성과 안정도 등을 테스트하기 위해 화장품 원료와 상용성 테스트를 실시하였으며, 상용성은 주로 원료와 혼합 시 석출이나 분리, 색상 변화, 용해도 변화 등을 관찰하고, 그 결과를 아래 [표 2]에 나타내었으며, 또 발효추출물의 온도 안정성은 여러 가지 온도조건(상온, 4℃, 42℃)에서 성상 및 pH의 변화를 측정한 결과 8주후에도 침전이나 변성이 없는 것을 확인하고, 그 결과를 아래 [표 3]으로 나타내었다.In order to test the compatibility and stability of the complex fermented extract prepared in Example 1 above, the compatibility test was conducted with cosmetic raw materials. <시험예 3> 발모촉진에 대한 평가시험 &Lt; Test Example 3 > Evaluation test for promoting hair growth

[도 2]에 나타난 바와 같이, 육안적 관찰에 의해 49일째 발모성장지수는 1% TXN 대조군이 2.8이었고 3% MXD 처리군이 3.6으로 대조군에 비하여 28.5% 이상 발모성장지수가 증가하였으며, 천연물 도포군에서는 1% TXN_EN-B(p<0.05)가 3.8으로 대조군에 비하여 35.7% 로 발모성장지수가 통계학적으로 유의성 있게 증가하였다. 그 외 1% TXN_EN-A, 1% TXN_EN-C 시험군에서는 대조군과 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 그리고 14일째 발모성장지수는 1% TXN 대조군에 비하여 3% MXD 처리군이 유의성 있게 발모성장지수가 증가하였고, 천연물 도포군에서는 1% TXN_EN-B(p<0.01)가 대조군에 비하여 발모성장지수가 통계학적으로 유의성 있게 증가하였으며, [도 3]에 의해 관찰되는 바와 같이 시험 14일 이후(2주) 1% TXN 대조군를 포함한 모든 시험군의 마우스의 등에서 털이 자라는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다.As shown in FIG. 2, the gonadal growth index was increased to 28.5% in the 3% MXD treated group and 28.5% in the 1% TXN control group on day 49, (P <0.05) was 3.8%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (35.7%).
