부동산 중개업자가 사용하는 단말기로서, 매물로 나온 부동산의 위치, 판매가격, 사진, 동영상, 급매여부 중에서 어느 하나 이상의 매물 정보를 입력받아, 광고판에 유선 또는 무선으로 전송하는 부동산 중개업자 단말기; 및 상기 부동산 중개업자 단말기로부터 수신한 매물 정보를 표시하는 광고판을 포함하는 부동산 매물 정보 표출 장치에 있어서,
상기 부동산 중개업자 단말기로부터 매물 정보를 수신하여 매물 정보 표출창을 생성하여, 부동산 중개업자의 매물 정보 웹페이지에 게시하는 매물 정보 제공 서버; 및
인터넷망을 통하여 상기 매물 정보 웹페이지에 접속하여 상기 매물 정보 표출창이 표시되는 사용자 단말기를 포함하며,
상기 부동산 중개업자 단말기는, 상기 매물 정보 제공 서버에 매물 정보를 전송하고,
상기 광고판은,
부동산 중개업자를 식별할 수 있는 식별 코드가 부착된 식별 코드 필드;
상기 부동산 중개업자 단말기로부터 매물 정보를 유선 또는 무선으로 수신하는 광고판 통신부; 및
상기 매물 정보가 표시되는 디스플레이 패널을 포함하고,
상기 사용자 단말기는,
상기 매물 정보 제공 서버와 유선 통신 또는 무선 통신하는 사용자 단말기 통신부;
상기 광고판의 식별 코드 필드에 표시된 식별 코드를 판독하는 식별 코드 판독부;
매물 정보 표출이 표시되는 표시부;
부동산 위치, 판매가격의 매물 검색 조건을 입력받는 사용자 단말기 입력부; 및
상기 매물 정보 제공 서버에서 제공하는 매물 정보 웹페이지에 접속하여 상기 매물 정보 표출창을 상기 표시부에 표시하며, 상기 식별 코드와 매물 검색 조건을 상기 사용자 단말기 통신부를 통해 상기 매물 정보 제공 서버에 전송하는 사용자 단말기 제어부를 포함하고,

상기 부동산 중개업자 단말기로부터 수신한 매물 정보를 이용하여 상기 매물 정보 표출창이 포함된 매물 정보 웹페이지를 생성하는 매물 정보 웹페이지 생성부; 및
상기 사용자 단말기로부터 식별 코드와 매물 검색 조건을 수신하여, 수신한 식별 코드에 할당된 부동산 중개업자 단말기로 상기 매물 검색 조건을 전송하는 서버 제어부를 포함하고,
상기 부동산 중개업자 단말기는,
상기 매물 정보 제공 서버로부터 수신한 매물 검색 조건에 매칭되는 매물로 나온 부동산들의 매물 정보를 추출하여 상기 광고판에 전송하며, 상기 광고판의 디스플레이 패널은, 상기 매물 검색 조건에 매칭되는 매물 정보를 표시하되, 상기 매물 검색 조건에 매칭되는 부동산의 매물 정보를 추출한 후, 사용자 정보를 기준으로 매물 정보를 정렬하여 상기 광고판에 전송함을 특징으로 하는 부동산 매물 정보 표출 장치.
