It is germicidal, it strengthens the skin, it treats the skin disease, it prevents the decay, the smell, If you rub it with salt, it will cool the blood and make it dry. " Therefore, when the salt is used as a skin cleanser composition, the effect of skin sterilization and strengthening of the skin can be obtained.
Next, a method for producing a skin cleanser composition containing a natural component according to the present invention will be described.
1 is a flow chart of a method for manufacturing a skin cleanser composition containing a natural component according to the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 1, the method for preparing a skin cleanser composition containing a natural component according to the present invention comprises preparing a natural material powder (S10), preparing a mixed solution (S20), producing a small amount of water (S30) (S40), a concentration step (S50), and a filtration step (S60).
1. Natural material powder preparation step (S10)
The natural material powder preparation step (S10) is a step of drying a natural material composed of mulberry leaf, Saururus chinensis, Sophora sieboldii, Cryptomeria japonica, Cryptomeria japonica, and mashinis, and pulverizing the dried natural material into a powder.
At this time, the ratio of the natural material may be 10 to 20% by weight of mulberry leaves, 20 to 30% by weight of saururus, 20 to 30% by weight of mulberry syrup, 10 to 15% by weight of ragweed and 10 to 15% by weight of mash. Here, the size of the powder particles may be made to be 100 to 150 mesh, but it may be finely pulverized.
The above natural materials are materials that can prevent whitening effect, prevent skin aging, improve skin diseases, prevent hemostasis and edema, minimize skin irritation, and have no side effects according to mixing of materials.
When the mulberry leaves are used as a skin cleansing agent, the antioxidants contained in the mulberry leaves prevent aging of the skin, inhibit melanin synthesis, have a whitening effect, kill harmful bacteria such as photosynthetic bacteria and typhoid fungi, Suppression of inflammation, wound, and so on.
If the mulberry leaves are used in an amount of less than 10% by weight, the above-mentioned effects can not be sufficiently obtained. If the mulberry leaves are used in an amount exceeding 20% by weight, the skin may be irritated.
The Saururus chinensis is excellent in eliminating constipation, and is excellent in detoxification, diuretic and anti-inflammatory action. When the Saururus chinensis is used as the skin cleanser composition of the present invention, the Saururus chinensis is mainly composed of a substance such as quercetin, quercetin, quisetrucitrin, rucin, etc., which are radicals, And inhibits the activity of tyrosinase, which is a melanin-producing enzyme, and has a whitening effect.
The use amount of Saururus chinensis is preferably 20 to 30% by weight. When it is used in an amount of less than 20% by weight, there is no effect on skin whitening, and when it is more than 30% by weight, rash occurs.
It is known that the herringbone has antibacterial activity and has effects such as anti-inflammation, analgesia, and tissue regeneration. The use amount of the fish paste is preferably 20 to 30% by weight, and when it is less than 20% by weight, the effect on antibacterial and tissue regeneration is reduced. When the content is more than 30% by weight, It is not economical.
Antioxidant, antimicrobial, and skin fungicide activities can be cited as the antioxidant, antioxidant, and antifungal effect. Besides, it is known that it is effective for the treatment of malaria with the efficacy of gall bladderwort, the strengthening of immunity, the antipyretic action, the prevention treatment of tuberculosis and heterosis, and the treatment of various inflammation. When the content is less than 10% by weight, the effect on inflammation and antibacterial action is reduced. When the content is more than 15% by weight, the cost of raw materials is increased relative to the effect, I can not.
The mashin has an excellent pharmacological effect for improving the inflammation of atopic skin, which is an inflammation that appears outside the skin, removing cholesterol which is a fat mass flowing in the blood vessels of the human body. In addition, it is used for treatment of swelling, depression, solitary, eczema, etc., and is also effective for pulmonary tuberculosis, lung abscess, and arthritis. When the content is less than 10% by weight, the effect of improving the skin irritation is deteriorated. When the content is more than 15% by weight, the cost of the raw material is increased relative to the effect, which is not economical .
2. Preparation of mixed liquid (S20)
The mixed liquid preparing step (S20) is a step of preparing a mixed solution by mixing the yellow loam and the extract of Mashimura.
The loess material is prepared by mixing water and loess at a weight ratio of 5: 1 to 2, stirring the loess material, precipitating loess for 24 hours, and collecting water at the top.
The mother liquor extract can be extracted by a hot water extraction method from the collected mother lobes (ramshackle and leaves). For example, 20 to 30 parts by weight of cornflower may be added to 100 parts by weight of purified water in a hot water bath and heated at 100 DEG C for 6 to 10 hours.
The mixture of the yellow loess so produced and the mash extract may be mixed at a weight ratio of 1: 1 to 2: 1 to prepare a mixed solution.
3. Small amount manufacturing step (S30)
The small amount manufacturing step (S30) is a step of dissolving salt in the ground water to produce a small amount of salt. At this time, deep sea water can be used instead of groundwater.
Groundwater contains various minerals and can be collected from the outskirts of the city. Water that has been judged as drinking water can be used for water quality inspection.
In addition, the salt contains various minerals. When the salt is dissolved in the ground water, the ground water is acidified.
Here, the hydrogen ion concentration distributed in the human body will be described.
The hydrogen ion concentration (pH) is a unit of the concentration of hydrogen ion in water, expressed as a number from 1 to 14, and it is acidic according to neutral 7 and alkaline as it is higher.
Human blood is maintained at a neutral pH (pH 7.5), but the skin is slightly acidic (pH 5.5) in normal people.
When an alkaline solution having a numerical value higher than the skin hydrogen ion concentration is contacted with the skin, the skin becomes alkaline and causes skin trouble.
Accordingly, the present invention provides a skin cleanser composition capable of minimizing skin irritation by using salty water having weak acidity by dissolving salt in ground water. It is an object of the present invention to provide a skin cleanser composition which can measure the hydrogen ion concentration by dissolving salt in ground water, To a pH of 5.2 to 5.7, preferably to a pH of 5.5. At this time, even when deep sea water is used instead of groundwater, the salt is dissolved in the deep sea water, and the hydrogen ion concentration is measured to produce the hydrogen ion concentration in the range of pH 5.2 to 5.7. Of course, the amount of salt dissolved by using deep sea water is reduced.
According to such a configuration, when a composition prepared by a small amount of pH (pH 5.5) is applied to the skin, the stimulation applied to the skin as the hydrogen ion concentration of the skin and the hydrogen ion concentration of the composition are the same or close to each other Mineral can be minimized, and the minerals contained in the salt cleans the skin and alleviates hemostasis and edema.
4. Mixture preparation step (S40)
The mixture preparation step (S40) is a step of preparing a mixture by mixing the natural material powder prepared in the step of preparing the natural material powder, the mixed solution and the small amount of water.
At this time, the weight ratio of the natural material powder, the mixed liquid and the small amount may be 0.8 to 1.2: 10: 100.
When the natural material powder is used in an amount of less than 0.8 part by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the small amount, sufficient effect for skin washing can not be obtained. When the natural material powder is used in an amount exceeding 1.2 parts by weight, the concentration time in the following concentration process can be shortened, The effective ingredient can not be sufficiently extracted from the natural material.
5. Concentration step (S50)
The concentration step (S50) is a step of concentrating the mixture prepared in the mixture preparation step (S40).
Examples of the concentration method include freezing concentration, reduced pressure concentration, membrane concentration, vacuum concentration, heat concentration and evaporation concentration, and may be variously selected. In such a concentration method, it is preferable to concentrate through heating and concentration. When the vapor pressure of the solvent is higher than that of the solute, the heating and concentration is performed by heating to concentrate the solvent only by changing the solvent. By heating, the effective ingredient of the natural material permeates into the solvent.
At this time, the concentration step is performed over the second order.
The first concentration is made differently depending on the amount of the mixture, but can be continued until the volume of the mixture is reduced to 40 to 50% by volume in the initial volume.
The second concentration may last until the vapor pressure is reduced to 20-30 vol% of the first concentrated volume. That is, by the second concentration, it is concentrated to 10 to 15% of the volume of the initial mixture.
6. Filtration step (S60)
The filtration step (S60) is a step of filtering the concentrated mixture to remove the precipitate.
Filtration methods include atmospheric pressure filtration, suction filtration, reduced pressure filtration, ultrafiltration, microfiltration, and reverse osmosis filtration, and the like. Filtration may be carried out using the methods listed above or other methods, and may be performed using two or more methods.
The skin cleanser composition prepared as described above may be sprayed onto the skin and used in a variety of formulations depending on the purpose of use. In addition, one or more other ingredients commonly used in the art may be included in addition to the skin cleansing composition according to the purpose of formulation and use.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described. However, the following examples are illustrative of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention.
