6. Filtration step (S60)

The filtration step (S60) is a step of filtering the concentrated mixture to remove the precipitate.

Filtration methods include atmospheric pressure filtration, suction filtration, reduced pressure filtration, ultrafiltration, microfiltration, and reverse osmosis filtration, and the like. Filtration may be carried out using the methods listed above or other methods, and may be performed using two or more methods.

The skin cleanser composition prepared as described above may be sprayed onto the skin and used in a variety of formulations depending on the purpose of use. In addition, one or more other ingredients commonly used in the art may be included in addition to the skin cleansing composition according to the purpose of formulation and use.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described. However, the following examples are illustrative of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention.

EXAMPLES Preparation of skin cleanser composition

1) Preparation of natural material powder

Dried natural materials were crushed to 100 mesh to prepare natural material powders. From the prepared material powders, 15 wt% of mulberry leaves, 30 wt% of mulberry leaves, 30 wt% of mulberry leaves, 30% by weight of Rhizoctonia sp., 15% by weight of Artemisia princeps, 10% by weight of Aspergillus were mixed to prepare a natural material powder.

2) Preparation of mixture

Water and loess were mixed at a weight ratio of 5: 1, and the mixture was stirred. Then, yellow loess was precipitated for 24 hours to collect the upper water to prepare loess.

To 100 parts by weight of purified water was added 25 parts by weight of a mother liquor to a hot water bath, heated at 100 ° C for 10 hours, and then mother liquor was removed to prepare a mother liquor extract.

The mixture of the yellow loess and the mash extract was mixed at a weight ratio of 1: 1 to prepare a mixed solution.

3) Small amount manufacturing

The salt was dissolved in the collected groundwater until the pH of the solution was 5.5 by using a PH meter while dissolving the salt.

4) Preparation of mixture

1 part by weight of the natural material powder, 10 parts by weight of the mixed solution and 100 parts by weight of the small amount of the natural material powder were mixed to prepare a mixture.

5) Concentration and Filtration

100 L of the thus-prepared mixture was placed in a hot water bath and heated to be first concentrated until it became 50 L, then charged into a pressure vessel and concentrated for 5 days under a vapor pressure to obtain 10 L of concentrated liquid.

The concentrated mixture was filtered using atmospheric pressure filtration using a filter paper to obtain a skin cleanser composition. At this time, the skin cleanser composition obtained through filtration is light brown.

Experimental Example 1) Measurement of skin irritation

50 women aged 20 to 50 years were selected as subjects. A composition (0.5 g / cm 2) was applied to the face and hands of the subject by spraying, followed by a facial cleansing, and then a five-point evaluation method for freshness, moisturizing and stimulation of the skin was conducted.

From the results of Table 1, it was found that the skin cleanser composition containing the natural ingredients according to the present invention was 92% satisfied with the skin freshness and moisturization and 90% satisfied with the skin irritation. However, some users were found to have unsatisfactory results, but this was confirmed to be oily skin or dry skin with a constitutional and skin hydrogen ion concentration outside the pH 5.5 range.

Experimental Example 2: Improvement of atopic dermatitis

And 20 atopic dermatitis patients aged 5 to 30 years. From the results shown in Table 2, it can be seen that the skin cleanser composition containing the natural component according to the present invention showed a 90% improvement in the area of the lesion and the itchiness of the atopic dermatitis, and 80% of the skin cleanser was alleviated. From these results, it was confirmed that the skin cleanser composition of the present invention is effective for atopic dermatitis, and no case has been observed.

However, as shown in Table 2 above, it was found that the symptoms of atopic dermatitis tended to be maintained before experimentation in some experimenters, but this was due to the constitution of the experimenter and the surrounding environment of the experimenter.

According to the present invention, it is possible to apply a skin cleanser composition according to the present invention to a site where a skin trouble has occurred, thereby preventing skin whitening, skin aging, skin disease improvement, hemostasis and swelling, There is an advantage.

In addition, since a skin cleanser composition is produced with a hydrogen ion concentration that matches with a hydrogen ion concentration of skin, it is effective for atopic dermatitis, minimizes irritation to sensitive skin, and can prevent skin barrier damage have.
