Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2014-0013155 adopts a method of using flat tempered glass and attaching the protective cover to the front of the rim. The above method can not be adopted for the curved reinforced glass. Further, since the protective cover of multiple layers needs to be attached to the front surface of the rims, the manufacturing process is complicated. A problem to be solved by the present invention is to prevent scattering of a bent portion of tempered glass corresponding to a rim portion, to prevent foreign matter from entering into a gap, to simplify the manufacturing process, to prevent foreign matter from being applied to the exposed portion, And to provide a protective sheet for a touch screen panel having a curved frame portion that can appropriately respond to a shape.
The present invention provides a protective sheet for a touch screen panel having a curved frame portion, the curved surface portion having a curved surface portion having a large degree of curvature, And a hardened layer formed on the curved surface portion facing the edge portion and hardened by hardening. The hardened layer is formed of a hardened glass, which is located on the inner side of the curved portion and has a smaller degree of warpage than the curved portion.
In the protective sheet of the present invention, the rim portion may have the same or partially different curvature along the periphery of the panel. The rim portion may be formed on both side edges or one side edge of the rectangular panel. The inner side is flat or curved. The inflection point of the panel and the inflection point of the protective sheet may not coincide with each other with respect to the panel. It is preferable that a shatterproof film is adhered to the adhesion surface of the inner side portion.
In the preferred protective sheet of the present invention, the cured layer may be contacted with the scattering-preventive film. It is preferable that the thickness of the cured layer contacting the shrinkage prevention film is the same. The cured layer may be formed of an ultraviolet curing resin. The cured layer may be formed by blending an acrylic unit and an ultraviolet curing catalyst in any one of a polyurethane resin, an epoxy resin, and a polyester resin. A self-adhesive layer may be laminated on the cured layer. The self-adhesive layer may be a thermosetting resin which is an acrylic polymer, a silicone polymer or a urethane polymer, a mixture of a UV curable resin and a crosslinking agent, a mixture thereof, or a copolymer thereof.
According to the protective sheet for a touch screen panel having the curved frame portion of the present invention, the curved layer is formed on the curved surface portion of the protective sheet corresponding to the rim portion to prevent scattering of bent portions of the tempered glass, And the manufacturing process is simple.
