Abstract
An invention for a pallet table device is disclosed. The pallet table device of the present invention comprises: a housing installed on both sides of a rotating frame; A rotating part rotatably installed inside the housing; A driving unit connected to the rotation unit to rotate the rotation unit; A table rotatably mounted on the upper side of the rotary part; A cylinder portion disposed between the housing and the rotary portion, the cylinder portion elevating the rotary portion and the table by the fluid; A pallet portion mounted on the upper side of the table and having a fixture portion for fixing a workpiece; And a fluid supply line connected to the rotary part, the table, the pallet part and the jig part, and the jig part supplies fluid to the jig for fixing the work material.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a pallet table apparatus, and more particularly, to a pallet table apparatus capable of reducing a layout and reducing a rotational locus of a rotatable board.
In general, the machining center processes the workpiece. The machining center is provided with a rotating disk, and pallet table devices are installed on both sides of the rotating disk. The pallet of one pallet table device is loaded with machining material and then put into the machining center. The remaining pallet table devices stand outside the machining center. As the rotary disk is rotated, the pallet table device is rotated one by one and inserted into the machining center. The pallet is provided with a fixture to fix the workpiece. The fixture is immovably fixed to the workpiece as it is driven by the fluid.
On the upper side of the rotating shaft, a fluid supply device is provided so as to supply fluid to the jig portion of the pallet. The fluid supply device is installed so as to be movable up and down. The fluid supply device supplies fluid to the jig.
However, in the conventional pallet table apparatus, since the fluid supply device is provided on the upper side of the rotating plate, the volume of the machining center becomes large, and the structure of the machining center becomes complicated. Further, when the machining center is installed, the layout (installation space) is increased, and the rotational locus is increased by the fluid supply device and the hydraulic piping when the rotating disk is rotated.
Therefore, there is a need to improve this.
BACKGROUND ART [0002] The background art of the present invention is disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2004-0046405 (published on May 05, 2004, entitled "Multi-palette magazine device capable of public use").
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a pallet table device capable of reducing the layout of equipment and reducing the rotational trajectory of the turntable.
A pallet table apparatus according to the present invention includes: a housing installed on both sides of a rotating frame; A rotating part rotatably installed inside the housing; A driving unit connected to the rotation unit to rotate the rotation unit; A table rotatably installed on the upper side of the rotation unit; A cylinder disposed between the housing and the rotary unit and lifting the rotary unit and the table by fluid; A pallet portion mounted above the table and having a fixture portion for fixing a workpiece; And a fluid supply line connected to the rotary part, the table, the pallet part, and the fixture part, and the fixture part supplies fluid to the fixture part so as to fix the workpiece.
A first cylinder installed to surround the rotating portion and having a flange portion protruding outward; And a hydraulic chamber provided so as to surround the first cylinder and in which the flange portion is received, a first hydraulic chamber is formed on the upper side of the flange portion, and a second hydraulic chamber is formed on the lower side of the flange portion. Two cylinders may be included.
When the table is lowered on the lower side of the table, the upper index gear part may be formed to mate with the lower index gear part.
Wherein the rotating portion is disposed on the inner side of the cylinder portion, and the table is disposed on the upper side; And an outer shaft disposed to surround the inner shaft and rotated together with the rotating portion.
A plurality of ring-shaped ribs are formed on the outer surface of the inner shaft. A ring-shaped rib is inserted into the inner surface of the outer shaft, and a flow groove can be formed to allow the fluid to pass therethrough.
The fluid supply line includes a first supply line formed in the housing; A second supply line formed in the rotating portion to be connected to the flow groove portion; A third supply line formed in the cylinder portion to be connected to the flow groove portion; A fourth supply line formed on the table to be connected to the third supply line; And a fifth supply line formed in the pallet portion to be connected to the fourth supply line and the fixture portion.
The driving unit includes: a ring gear coupled to the periphery of the rotation unit and having a gear part formed on an outer side; A reduction gear module engaged with the ring gear; And a motor unit for rotating the reduction gear module.
The chip can be discharged downward on the upper side of the table.
According to the present invention, since the fluid supply line is connected to the rotary part, the table, the pallet part and the fixture part, it is not necessary to provide a fluid supply device separately on the upper side of the pallet part. Therefore, the structure of the rotary shaft is simplified, and the volume of the rotary shaft is reduced. Further, since the rotation locus of the rotating disc is reduced, the layout of the machining center can be reduced.
Further, according to the present invention, when the table is lifted by the cylinder portion, the table can be rotated together with the cylinder portion and the outer shaft as the upper index gear portion is separated from the lower index gear portion. Thus, the workpiece can be rotated to the correct machining position.
Further, according to the present invention, when the table is lowered by the cylinder portion, the upper index gear portion is engaged with the lower index gear portion. Therefore, the table is constrained not to be rotated during machining of the workpiece.
