잔존 산화처리제 및 악취가스를 세정 및 용해시키기 위한 습식세정부와,
악취가스와 산화처리제를 포함한 수분을 제거하는 제 2 수분제거부와,
잔존하는 악취가스를 흡착하는 흡착처리부를 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 악취가스는 산화처리제인 이산화염소 가스와 함께 공급되어 악취처리장치 내로 유입되고,
상기 산화용 기체혼화장치는 공급되는 산화처리제와 악취가스를 접촉시켜 산화반응이 일어나도록 하고,
