상기 엔진커버포밍부 및 정비커버포밍부의 포밍 깊이는 상기 스크류의 길이보다 크게 형성되고;
상기 스크류의 하단부 둘레에는 탄성편부가 형성되고, 상기 탄성편부와 간격을 두고 스크류의 외주면에는 밀폐편부가 형성되며, 상기 스크류 체결시 상기 엔진커버포밍부와 정비커버포밍부가 상기 탄성편부와 밀폐편부 사이에 배치되게 조립되며;
상기 정비커버의 둘레 중 엔진룸 언더커버 하고만 체결되는 부분을 제외한 나머지 둘레부는 상기 엔진룸 언더커버를 관통함과 동시에 차체에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 정비성을 향상시킨 언더커버.
