Description
The present invention relates to a curtain type air spoiler for ships, which is made of a flexible material such as cloth or fiber and is light in weight and can be easily installed and dismounted.
In recent years, as the volume of cargo using container ships has surged, the size and speed of container vessels have been rapidly increasing, and the tendency toward enlargement is remarkable. Since the introduction of the first 3,000 TEU (Twenty Equivalent Units) container ships in 1972, 18,000 TEU (Twenty Equivalent Units) container ships have recently been introduced to maximize freight volume and maximize operating profit.
On the other hand, the hull structure of the container ship is divided into a bow, a stern, an engine room, a cabin and a cargo part, and the container is loaded on a cargo hold. At this time, the cargo hold is divided into a cargo hold on the upper deck and a cargo hold on the lower deck with respect to the deck.
In the cargo hold, the containers are piled up in several layers, and they are stacked vertically from the ship deck due to the characteristics of the container.
On the other hand, when a container ship is operated with a container placed on a cargo hold on the upper deck, air resistance is generated by the container loaded on the cargo hold on the upper deck, thereby hindering economical operation of the container ship.
In order to solve such a problem, as shown in FIG. 1, in Korean Patent No. 10-1217702, an
However, the conventional air spoiler has the following problems.
First, according to the weather conditions, the athlete's shore is attacked by the wind as well as the waves, but the pressure applied when the heights are high is so great that the members of the surface of the air spoiler are not damaged by the pressure of the waves do. For this reason, a common air spoiler is welded to a steel steel plate. When all of the air spoilers are made of iron steel, the weight of the steel spoiler is so large that the weight of the forward portion of the ship becomes large, which may disturb the balance of the entire ship. And it is possible to reduce the cargo loading capacity of the ship by the weight of the air spoiler.
Second, since the surfaces constituting the air spoiler are welded together, if the air spoiler is damaged by the collision or wave pressure, it is difficult to repair it in the sea, and it must be operated to the shipyard in a broken state. There is a problem that loss may occur.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide an air spoiler in which the weight of an air spoiler is reduced in weight.
It is a further object of the present application to provide an air spoiler that is easy to install and dismantle.
Further, the present application is to provide an air spoiler that is easy to repair even at sea.

The problems of the present application are not limited to the above-mentioned problems, and other problems not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of members are disposed on a deck of a fork of a ship so as to extend in width and height from a forward side to a stern side, And a roll which is rotated in a forward direction or in a reverse direction to wind or wind the shroud in the direction of rotation, wherein the frame is provided in a space between the members of the frame, An air spoiler is provided which, as the roll rotates, expands the curtain film between the members of the frame to reduce the resistance of the air.
A guide rail for guiding the movement of the thin film on the mutually facing surfaces of the frame is formed along the member, and the side wall of the thin film can be moved along the guide rail.
And a winch provided to pull the end portion of the curtain film when the curtain film is rolled.
A guide groove formed at a position corresponding to each other at regular intervals along the guide rails of both members guided by the edge of the curtain film so that the curtain film is not tilted to one side when the curtain film is unwound and an end edge of the curtain film, And a click ball elastically supported to be elastically inserted into the guide groove according to the withdrawal of the click ball.
The shielding film is made of at least two layers, and tension wires for applying a tension to the shielding film between the overlaps of the shielding film may be arranged to cross the width direction of the shielding film.
The curtain type air spoiler of the present application has the following effects.
Firstly, the air cover of the air spoiler is made of light material such as fiber instead of heavy steel, so that the weight can be lightened, and the balance and fuel efficiency of the ship can be improved, and the load can be further loaded.
Second, it is easy to install and dismantle the air spoiler by installing and demolishing the thin film as a winding and winding work.
Third, it can be repaired by rewinding after replacing the damaged cover film when the cover membrane is broken, so it is easy to repair even at sea and it is not necessary to anchor the shipyard for repair in case of breakage.
The effects of the present application are not limited to the effects mentioned above, and other effects not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description of the claims.
