Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing a polyester false twist yarn having a post-burning post-burning property and a polyester false twist yarn produced by the method, and more particularly to a polyester false twist yarn having a pre- And to provide a polyester false warp yarn produced by the method.
Polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT) has a very similar polymerization method and chemical structure to polyethylene terephthalate (PET), but there are many differences in thermal and mechanical properties. PTT has superior elasticity, touch, alkali resistance and dyeability compared to PET or PBT. Especially, since the initial modulus is relatively low as nylon level, it has excellent elastic recovery and soft touch. Especially, in case of composite yarn using polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT) unstretched filament, it is possible to develop elasticity by only dyeing / processing process without additional process, It is expected that it can be utilized as high-quality clothing with different elasticity and fabric.
(De-Generally, the manufacturing principle of false twist yarn is based on the thermoplastic properties of synthetic fibers. The twist is applied to filament yarn produced after spinning, Twisting and De-
Twisting is performed simultaneously in the combustible device to give the crimp Crimp. The filaments that have been twisted by processing the surface of the yarn produced in this manner are referred to as Draw Textured Yarns (hereinafter referred to as "DTY").
On the other hand, a technique relating to a method of twisting and winding polyester fibers is disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0649400. For example, in Korean Patent No. 10-0649400, an air nozzle is installed in the previous stage of the second heater and the second heater in twisting polyester single yarns and ply yarns, And the overfeed rate between the feed rollers provided is set to be smaller than the overfeed rate between the feed roller and the winder provided in the preheater of the second heater to impart interlacing to the false yarn.
In Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 2010-40993, a stretchable shape-memory composite false-twist yarn is made of filament yarn of polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT) and natural spun yarn and is twisted at a primary 500 to 700 T / M, / PT yarn is placed in the core yarn (1) at the center of the yarn by heat treatment at 130-190 ° C and after the pre-twist after the pre-twisting after the pre-twisting, And the natural spun yarn is surrounded by the effective yarn 2. The fabric made of such a flexible and expressive shape memory composite false twist yarn has elasticity and shape memory property at the same time and has a stretchable expression shape Memory complexity continuous speech is disclosed.

Accordingly, the present invention provides a method for producing a polyester false-twist yarn, comprising the steps of: (1) feeding a polyester yarn to a first godet roller; (2) heating the yarn passed through the first godet roller in the first heating section and passing through the cooling section; (3) twisting the yarn passed through the cooling section at twisted portions of 2000 to 4000 T / M; (4) 40 to 70% of the twisted yarns are twisted while the twisted yarn is fed to the second godet roller; And (5) transferring the partly melted yarn to a second heating unit and heating the melted yarn. [5] The present invention also provides a method for producing a polyester false-twist yarn having post-burning flammability characteristics. The polyester false twist yarn produced by this method has not only a similar touch feeling but also has high stretchability and stretch recovery properties without having undergone a post-baking post-baking process, and is excellent in refreshing feeling, softness and drapeability.
First, as the step (1), the polyester yarn is fed to the first godet roller. The polyester yarn which can be used in the present invention may be a single yarn or a twisted yarn, and the polyester is preferably polyethylene terephthalate (PET), which is advantageous for achieving the object of the present invention. Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a processing process according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in which a polyester yarn is fed to a
The raw yarn supplied from the
Next, in step (2), the yarn passed through the first godet roller is heated by the first heating section and passed through the cooling plate. Specifically, the yarn passing through the
The raw yarn that has passed through the
Next, in step (3), the yarn passed through the cooling section is twisted at a twist portion of 2000-4000 T / M. Specifically, conventional polyester stretchable false-twist yarns generally gave 1500 T / M. However, according to the present invention, a considerable number of twists are added to the twist of the conventional
Next, in step (4), the twisted yarn is transferred to the
On the other hand, it is possible to achieve the object of the present invention through 40 to 70% of the twist of the entire twist through the above-mentioned brazing process. Here,% is the percentage of twist in total twist, and if twisted by 10%, the total twist is 90%. It is difficult to achieve the object of the present invention if the degree of grain boundary deviates from the above range. In this case, preferably, the twist of the yarn remaining through the seam can be 800 to 2800 T / M, and in this case, the range of the seam must be satisfied.
Next, in the step (5), the step of transferring the partially melted yarn to the second heating section and heating. Specifically, the yarn passing through the
On the other hand, the heating temperature of the first heating portion may be higher than the heating temperature of the second heating portion. If the temperature of the first heating portion is equal to or lower than the temperature of the second heating portion, there may arise a problem that the stretchability is insufficient after the dyeing process.
