However, since most of the recently produced smart phones are provided with a camera and a flash for supporting the camera, a protection case for a mobile device has been popularized so that each individual can show their individuality using the flash.

One example of such a portable device protection case is a sheet member made of a thin panel or a synthetic resin and having a surface engraved with a picture, a letter, or a figure between the mobile device's protective case and the mobile device. Then, So that pictures, letters, and figures engraved on the surface of the sheet can be seen in the light. Since the design of the seat can be selected according to the individual taste, the user can overcome the monotonous design of the portable device and freely exert his / her personality.

However, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, since the flash of the portable device is located at the upper portion of the rear surface, there is a problem that the upper portion of the protection case of the portable device near the flash shines brightly. This has the problem that the product looks coarse.

The foregoing and further aspects will become apparent through the following examples. In the present specification, corresponding elements in each figure are referred to by the same numerals. In addition, the shape and size of the components can be exaggerated. In the following description, well-known functions or constructions are not described in detail since they would obscure the invention in unnecessary detail.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a portable device protection case according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the portable device protection case shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a decorative member of the portable device protective case shown in FIG. 3, and FIG. 7 is a sectional view of the portable device protective case shown in FIG.

3 to 7, the portable device protective case includes a cover member 110, a sheet member 120, and a decor member 130. [

First, the portable device protection case 100 according to the present invention is disposed outside the portable device M provided with a flash on the upper part of the back surface thereof to protect the portable device.

The cover member 110 is formed to enclose the rear surface and the upper and lower sides and the left and right sides of the portable device M and is provided with a through hole 110a in which a certain portion around the place facing the flash of the portable device M is opened, M), and a seating groove (110b) in which a certain portion of the surface facing the rear surface of the main body is recessed. The through hole 110a may have an elliptical shape. The cover member 110 can be made of plastic by injection molding.

The sheet member 120 is inserted into the seating groove 110b and an opening 120b is formed at a position facing the flash of the portable device M. When the flash is emitted, light incident through the opening 120b is entirely spread It shines. The sheet member 120 may be made of a transparent, semitransparent, or colored synthetic resin light guide plate. The sheet member 120 may be flat or curved.

The decorative member 130 is made of an opaque material and is formed to be positioned in the through hole 110a of the cover member 110 and partially protruded to cover the upper edge 120a of the sheet member 120 do. The deco member 130 may be provided with a cover 131 that slides to block or release the camera flash from being exposed to the outside. When the cover 131 blocks the camera flash from being exposed to the outside, the light is reflected and refracted and is incident on the sheet member 120 through the opening 120b side of the sheet member 120. [ Further, the decor member 130 may be formed so as to cover the camera portion as well. In this case, a circular hole 130a corresponding to the size of the camera may be formed at a location facing the camera.

When the portable device is assembled into the portable device protective case 100 as described above and then the flash is emitted, the light emitted from the flash is incident through the opening of the sheet member and spread evenly throughout the sheet member. At this time, a part of the sheet member is projected on the upper side of the sheet member, and the decorative member surrounding the edge of the sheet member is positioned, so that light is not transmitted. Therefore, the flashlight is close to the flashlight, which is lighted by the light on the top of the protective case of the mobile device is spread evenly. Thus, the product may be luxurious.

An engaging groove 130c is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the decorative member 130 and an engaging projection 110c corresponding to the engaging groove 130c may be formed on the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 110a of the cover member 110 . A chamfer may be formed at an edge of the coupling protrusion 110c or the coupling groove 130c so that the coupling protrusion 110c can be inserted into the coupling groove 130c. The portable device protective case having the engaging groove and the engaging protrusion is easy to assemble and the manufacturing cost can be reduced because a separate member for attaching the decor member to the cover member is not needed.

In addition, one surface of the decor member 130 may be located on the same plane as the outer surface of the cover member 110. [ In this case, since the decor member 130 does not protrude from the cover member 110, the appearance can be made beautiful.

8 is a perspective view of a cover member according to another embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 8, the cover member 210 may be formed of two different materials. A cover member made of two different materials can be formed through double injection. Specifically, a portion 212 of the side surface extended from the bottom surface and the bottom surface of the cover member may be made of an inelastic material, and the other side portion 211 may be made of an elastic material.
