합성섬유(合成纖維)와 스판덱스 사(Spandex Yarn)를 합사(合絲)하여 신축성이 있는 니트(knit)로 편직하여 형성한 원통형 몸체(10); 상기 몸체(10)에는 그물 망 조직의 통기부(13)가 형성되어 수경성 경화액(31)이 함침되고, 몸체(10)에서 상하 방향으로 봉제(縫製)되는 지퍼(20)에 의하여 양측으로 열고 닫을 수 있도록 구성한 깁스부재(1)에 있어서,
