Claims (2)
- 엔진(M)을 구비하는 자동차의 전단(front end) 또는 후단(rear end)에서, 상기 자동차(1)에 장착된 중앙 처리 장치(10)에, 각 바퀴의 동작 파라미터들을 나타내고 또한 바퀴의 식별 코드를 포함하는 신호들을 송신하는 전자 모듈(6 내지 9)이 장착된 바퀴들(2 내지 5)의 종(longitudinal) 위치 설정 방법으로서,상응하는 바퀴에 가해지고 상기 엔진(M)의 회전에 의해 초래되는 진동들의 측정 수단(15)을 각 전자 모듈(6 내지 9)에 포함하는 것과,― 각 자동차 타입의 예비 특성화 단계(preliminary characterization phase)에서, 상기 엔진(M)이 구동되는 채로 상기 엔진의 적어도 한 회전 속도에 대하여, 전단(front end)에 장착된 바퀴(2, 3)와 후단(rear end)에 장착된 바퀴(4, 5)의 상기 측정 수단(15) 각각에 의해 전달된, 주파수에 따른 진동들을 나타내는 신호들의 스펙트럼을 분석하여서, 상기 신호들 간의 주파수 오프셋을 구성하는 상기 신호들의 차동(differentiating) 척도(criterion)를 설정(establish)하는 것과,― 상기 엔진이 구동될 때, 적어도 한 동일한 시점(t)에서, 다른 측정 수단(15)에 의해 전달된, 상기 주파수에 따른 진동들의 진폭 변화들을 나타내는 신호들을 분석하는 것과, 두 개의 신호들 간의 주파수 오프셋으로부터 각 바퀴(2 내지 5)의 종 위치에 관한 지표(indication)를 도출하는 것을 포함하는, 상기 바퀴들(2 내지 5)의 종 위치를 설정하는 절차를 셋-업하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차 바퀴들의 종 위치 설정 방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서,사용되는 상기 측정 수단은 상기 바퀴들(2 내지 5)에 가해지는 "고체-전파(solid-borne)" 진동들을 나타내는 신호들을 전달할 수 있는 진동 센서들(15)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는자동차 바퀴들의 종 위치 설정 방법.
