Abstract
본 발명의 미생물 배양장치는,
원추 형상의 팁(tip)으로 구성되되,
원추 하단 끝 부위에는 지름 0.2~0.8mm의 구멍이 있고,
원추 내부 하단에는 지름 50~250㎛ 글래스 비드(glass bead)로 이루어진 층이 존재하며,
글래스 비드 층의 상부에는 배지를 포함하는 한천 층이 존재하고,
원추 상단은 방수 접착제로 봉해져 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

도 2는 I-tip을 파로호의 호수물에 적용한 것을 촬영한 사진이다.
도 3은 I-tip을 파로호의 저질토에 적용한 것을 촬영한 사진이다.
도 4는 I-tip을 파로호의 인공식물섬 매트에 적용한 것을 촬영한 사진이다.
도 5는 I-tip을 바이칼 스펀지에 적용한 것을 촬영한 사진이다.
도 6은 I-tip을 파로호 저질토에 적용한 후, 장치 내의 세균을 2000배 투과 확대하여 촬영한 사진이다.
도 7은 I-tip을 파로호 인공식물섬 매트에 적용한 후, 장치 내의 세균을 10000배 투과 확대하여 촬영한 사진이다.
도 8은 I-tip을 바이칼 스펀지에 적용한 후, 장치 내의 세균을 10000배 투과 확대하여 촬영한 사진이다.
도 9는 I-tip을 바이칼 스펀지에 적용한 후, 장치 내의 세균과 효모를 4000배 투과 확대하여 촬영한 사진이다.
Claims (3)
- 원추 형상의 팁(tip)으로 구성되되,
원추 하단 끝 부위에는 지름 0.2~0.8mm의 구멍이 있고,
원추 내부 하단에는 지름 50~250㎛ 글래스 비드(glass bead)로 이루어진 층이 존재하며,
글래스 비드 층의 상부에는 배지를 포함하는 한천 층이 존재하고,
원추 상단은 방수 접착제로 봉해져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,
미생물의 배양장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
원추 형상의 팁(tip)은 20~200㎕의 부피인 것을 특징으로 하는
미생물의 배양장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항의 배양장치를 배양하고자 하는 대상에 꽂는 단계;
필요한 조건으로 필요한 기간만큼 배양하는 단계;
대상으로부터 배양장치를 분리한 후, 배양장치의 글래스 비드 층 상부 경계면 위로 2~3 mm 부분을 잘라내는 단계;
잘라낸 부분을 vortex 후 상등액을 채취하여 고체배지에 재배양하는 단계; 및
콜로니를 분리하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는,
미생물의 분리방법.
