Description

The rolling device of hose-band < RTI ID = 0.0 >

The present invention relates to a mechanism for shaping and assembling a hose band for pressing the outer circumferential surface of a hose connected to a pipe into a roll form and more particularly to a mechanism for automatically assembling a roll type hose band, To a rolling mechanism for a hose band.

Generally, a hose band is widely used in the fields of construction, civil engineering, and machinery in that it is used to tighten the outer circumferential surface of a hose inserted into a pipe portion so as to securely connect the pipe connecting portion.

These hose bands consist of bolts, bands and screws. A locking groove is formed at one end of the band so that the locking groove can be engaged with the locking groove, and the other groove is formed with a screw groove engageable with the screw at the other end. do. That is, the hose band is provided with a screw in the fastening screw so that the thread of the screw is engaged with the screw groove formed at the other end of the band in the fastening screw fixing one end of the band. Accordingly, the thread groove is moved in accordance with the rotation of the screw, thereby reducing or enlarging the diameter of the band, thereby selectively pressing the outer peripheral surface of the hose.

A process of assembling (completing) the known hose band is as follows. First, one end of the band is inserted into the receiving groove of the fastening screw, and then the step is bent so as to cross the fastening hole and the fastening groove. Then, the screw is inserted into the receiving groove, the band is formed into a roll shape, and the other end is inserted into the receiving groove again. And then the screw is rotated to fasten the screw so that the screw thread engages with the screw groove. In order to complete the hose band, a highly skilled worker has been assembled by hand. Therefore, wasted manpower and cost are worsened according to the worker, and the productivity is greatly deteriorated. Therefore, a solution is being sought to solve the problem.

For example, in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0407776 entitled "hose fastening band automatic assembling apparatus ", a rotary table 30 interlocked with a fixing table 31 and a driving motor M1 is formed, The fixed clamp device 40 is divided into a fixed section and the fixed clamp device 40 and the clamping band supply section and the clamping band bending supply device 60 together with the clamping band bending supply device 60 and the clamping bolt clamping device 70, and a discharging device 80 are sequentially formed, ..., ... The fastening band fastened and transported in the above is bent and inserted into the fastening band by the fastening band bending and feeding device 60, Wherein the tightening bolts supplied from the supply feeder are fastened by the fastening bolt fastening device 70, and the assembled fastening band to be conveyed together with the fastening bolts is discharged by the discharging device 80. [ I'm proposing .

Although the above-described configuration has an advantage of improving productivity by automating some processes in assembling the hose band, it is still necessary to supply the band to the worker one by one, as well as to supply the band . Particularly, if the rolling shape of the band is not shaped, problems such as jamming or deviation occur in the automatic process, resulting in interruption or failure of the work, resulting in a decrease in productivity and waste of air.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The present invention relates to a mechanism for rolling a band (B) mounted on a column (1) of a device for automatically assembling a roll-shaped hose band (HB), comprising a body (10), a roller portion (20) An insertion portion 30, and an operating portion as main components. The rolling mechanism 100 of the present invention is disposed on a line of a device for automatically assembling a hose band HB composed of a bolt C and a band B and a screw S as shown in Fig. Is rolled. That is, in the rolling mechanism 100 of the present invention, the band B, which is assembled with the clamp C, the band B and the screw S and is bent upward by 90 degrees from the clamp C, Thereby completing the hose band HB.

On the other hand, the rolling mechanism 100 of the present invention is based on rolling a band B which is disposed in the assembling device and bent upward by 90 degrees. However, it is not necessary to limit the band B to a specific shape or apparatus none. That is, if the rolling mechanism 100 is installed at a position opposite to the position of the band B according to the shape of the band B, rolling can be performed corresponding to various bent shapes. Since the rolling mechanism 100 can roll only the simple band B in addition to the assembling device, it can be used alone. In addition to the hose band HB, the rolling mechanism 100 can be applied to various products that can be plastically deformed, such as a relatively long and thin plate or wire. Therefore, it can be used in conjunction with other devices.

The main body 10 according to the present invention comprises a support plate 11 fixed to a column 1 and a flow plate 12 ascending and descending along a rail 12a, And a swivel 15 which rotates left and right along the hinge 15a. The body 10 is a structure for supporting the roller unit 20, the insertion unit 30, and the operation unit, which will be described later with reference to Fig. 3, and is an actuator that rolls the band B to roll.

The support plate 11 is fixed to one side of the column 1 by a ball nut and has a flow plate 12 connected to the one side by a rail 12a. The rail 12a is a combination of an LM guide and an LM block, and the LM guide is fixed to the support plate 11 and the LM block is fixed to the flow plate 12. [ That is, the flow plate 12 can move up and down from the support plate 12. This flow plate 12 is mounted with the outer rollers 21 and 22 to operate the band B to roll.

The block 15b is fixed to the other side of the column 1 with a ball nut and has a swivel 15 which is coupled at one end with a hinge 15a. The hinge 15a fixes the swivel 15 to the block 15b while rotating the swivel 15 about the center thereof. That is, the turntable 15 can be rotated from the block 15b to the left and right (frontal reference). This rotating table 15 is connected to the pressing table 31 and operates so that the end of the rolled band B is inserted into the clamp C.

On the other hand, the turntable 15 may be omitted depending on the connection structure between the pressurizing pedestal 31 and the actuating part, since it is a medium for transmitting the actuating force of the actuating part to perform the pushing (linear motion) operation. That is, if the cylinder 45 and the presser bar 31 are directly connected to each other as in the case of the sub-unit 50 shown in Fig. 7, the turntable 15 becomes unnecessary. As such, those skilled in the art will be able to make various modifications within the structure capable of exerting the function of the presser foot 31.

The main body 10 according to the present invention includes a rotating plate 13 connected to the rotating plate 12 by a hinge 13a and rotated to the left and right and connected to the rotating plate 13 by a hinge 14a And a rotating bar 14 rotating forward and backward. The flow plate 12 is connected to the support plate 11 and the rail 12a and ascends and descends as shown in FIG. 4. The flow plate 12 is provided with a rotation plate 13 and a rotation bar 14.

As shown in FIG. 5, the rotary plate 13 is a 'C' type frame having one or more plates connected in series, and is coupled to the bracket of the flow plate 12 by a hinge 13a. The rotary plate 13 is rotatable from the rotary plate 12 to the left and right (frontal reference) as the rotary table 15. The rotary bar 14 is a bar-shaped plate extending to a predetermined length. The rotary bar 13 is coupled to the bracket of the rotary plate 13 by a hinge 14a at a stop, and an inner roller 25 is mounted at one end. The pivoting bar 14 is rotatable from the pivoting plate 13 in the forward and backward directions. That is, the rotary plate 13 operates to press the inner circumferential surface of the band B, and the rotary bar 14 operates to be separated from the center of the rolled hose band HB.

The rotation bar 14 according to the present invention is formed such that one end of the rotation bar 14 is bent along the radius of rotation such that the rotation bar 14 is parallel to one surface of the flow plate 12 when rotated from the hinge 14a. The rotary bar 14 advances (rotates) to the flow plate 12 with the hinge 14a as a starting point as shown in Fig. 5 so that the inner roller 25 abuts on the same line as the band B, And is moved away from the center of the band HB. That is, it is important that the rotation bar 14 is formed so that the portion where the inner roller 25 is mounted is bent so as to be in parallel with the flow plate 12.

The reason why the inner roller 25 is rotated forward and backward is that the inner and outer rollers 21, 22 and 25 and the hose band rolled by the insertion block 31 HB is in a state of inserting the inner roller 25 at the center thereof, the hose band HB must be released from the hose band HB so that the completed hose band HB can be discharged to the outside.

The roller unit 20 according to the present invention is provided with the outer rollers 21 and 22 for supporting the outer circumferential surface of the band B on the flow plate 12, B for pressing the inner circumferential surface thereof. The roller portion 20 is provided with inner and outer rollers 21, 22 and 25 which are rotatable as fins in the flow plate 12 and the rotary bar 14 as shown in Fig. 5 so that the band B is rolled .

The outer rollers 21 and 22 are disposed on one surface of the flow plate 12 in such a manner that the outer circumferential surface of the band B, These outer rollers 21 and 22 together with the inner rollers 25 support to form the band B in the rolling direction. The inner roller 25 presses and supports the inner circumferential surface of the band B in cooperation with the outer rollers 21 and 22. Here, the outer circumferential surface of the band B refers to a surface corresponding to the outside of the rolled band B, and the inner circumferential surface refers to a surface corresponding to the inside of the rolled band B.

At this time, the outer rollers 21 and 22 of the roller unit 20 according to the present invention are disposed to be deflected in the roll direction of the band B on one surface of the flow plate 12, The inner circumferential surface of the band B positioned between the inner circumferential surfaces 21 and 22 is pressed and formed in the roll direction. The inner and outer rollers 21, 22 and 25 are respectively mounted on the flow plate 12 and the rotary bar 14 and roll the band B only by the lifting and lowering operation. The outer roller 21 is positioned to support the outer peripheral surface of the band B and the outer roller 22 is positioned to support the outer peripheral surface of the band B. [ And the inner roller 25 is pressed against the inner peripheral surface between the end of the band B and the break. Here, it is important that the outer rollers 21 and 22 are positioned to be deflected in the roll direction of the band B.

That is, when the inner roller 25 presses the inner peripheral surface of the band B, the end portion of the band B is rounded to the roll radius as shown in FIG. When the inner and outer rollers 21, 22, and 25 are simultaneously lowered in this state, the band B is formed into a complete roll shape as shown in FIG. On the other hand, by adjusting the position of the outer rollers 21 and 22 supporting the band B, the pressing force of the inner roller 25, and the falling values of the inner and outer rollers 21, 22 and 25, Can be rolled corresponding to the band (B).

The insertion portion 30 according to the present invention is provided with a pressing band 31 for pushing the outer circumferential surface of the band B on the rotating table 15, Thereby forming the push surface 32 corresponding to the radius. 3, the insertion portion 30 is provided with a presser bar 31 capable of linear movement on the swivel 15, and inserts the end of the rolled band B into the swivel C.

6, a push surface 32 is formed at one end and a link structure is coupled to the other end of the push rod 31 with a swivel 15. The push surface 32 is formed with a radius corresponding to the outer circumferential surface of the rolled band B. [ This presser bar 31 pushes the outer peripheral surface of the rolled band B and inserts the end into the fastener C. Here, the end of the rolled band B is in the state of being inserted into the clamp C, but the thread groove of the band B does not engage with the thread of the screw S. Therefore, the presser foot 31 is inserted into the screw groove of the band B and the screw thread of the screw S so that the hose band HB of the roll type can be held.

At this time, the insertion portion 30 according to the present invention has the adjustment groove 36, which is vertically and horizontally moved from the column 1, and is pushed onto the band B by slidingly accommodating the pressing bar 31 And a guide 35 for adjusting the direction. The presser foot 31 has a guide 35 which is linked with a rotation table 15 rotating left and right as shown in FIG.

The guide 35 has an adjusting groove 36 for fixing the column 1 with the ball and nut at the upper end thereof and a guide groove for receiving the pressing bar 31 at the lower end thereof. The adjustment groove 36 is formed as a long hole so as to be movable up and down and left and right from the column 1, and the guide groove slidably supports the pressing table 31. The guide 35 not only guides the presser bar 31 in a linear motion but also adjusts the direction of motion.

Here, the reason for adjusting the direction of motion is to minimize errors due to the mounting of the assemblies and to cope with the lengths of the various bands (B). That is, when the position of the guide 35 fixed from the column 1 is moved vertically and horizontally, the direction in which the pressing belt 31 is pushed can be arbitrarily adjusted. Therefore, when the rolling radius is changed according to the length of the band B, the push surface 32 must be deformed to a shape corresponding to the radius. By adjusting the direction of motion without deforming the push surface 32, (B).

The actuating part according to the present invention is provided with cylinders 41, 42, 43 and 45 which are respectively mounted on the main body 10 and which generate an operating force to roll the band B. 3 to 6, cylinders 41, 42, 43, and 45 that are connected to the rotary plate 13, the rotary bar 14, and the rotary table 15, Is mounted.

The cylinder 41 is attached to the support plate 11 to move up and down the flow plate 12 and the cylinder 42 is mounted on the flow plate 13 to rotate the rotation plate 13 left and right. The cylinder 43 is mounted on the rotary plate 13 to rotate the rotary bar 14 forward and backward and the cylinder 45 is mounted on the column 1 to rotate the rotary table 15 in the left and right directions. In addition to the cylinders 41, 42, 43 and 45 which operate by pneumatic operation, these actuators may be constituted by an actuator which imparts hydraulic or motor operation, but it is preferable to constitute an air cylinder of relatively high speed and excellent operating force Do.

The rolling mechanism 100 according to the present invention includes an auxiliary unit 50 for preventing deformation due to sagging of the band B at the time of rolling and a fastening unit 50 for fastening the screw S to hold the rolled band B Unit 60 as shown in FIG. The auxiliary unit 50 prevents the tip end of the band B from sagging in the process of the roller unit 20 descending and the tightening unit 60 prevents the insertion unit 30 from moving the end of the rolled band B So that it is in a fully engaged state with the screw (S). That is, the auxiliary unit 50 and the tightening unit 60 are selectively provided according to the apparatus or process conditions as the hose band HB is completed.

The auxiliary unit 50 according to the present invention includes a support bar 53 which is raised and lowered along the rail 52 to a support plate 51 fixed on the column 1, And the tightening unit 60 includes an electric driver 63 that moves left and right along the rail 62 on a support plate 61 fixed to the column 1, 63 for imparting operating force thereto.

The support plate 51 of the auxiliary unit 50 is fixed to one side of the column 1 by a ball and nut as shown in FIG. 6 and has a support bar 53 which is coupled to the one side by a rail 52. The rail 52 is a combination of an LM guide and an LM block. The LM guide is fixed to the support plate 51, and the LM block is fixed to the support bar 12. [ The cylinder 54 is mounted on the support plate 51 to move the support bar 53 up and down. The supporting bar 53 is moved up and down before the rolling so as to support the outer circumferential surface of the band B and descend quickly to prevent mutual interference at the time when the lowering of the inner and outer rollers 21, 22, 25 is completed .

The supporting plate 61 of the tightening unit 60 is fixed to one side of the column 1 by a ball and nut as shown in Fig. 7 and has an electric screwdriver 63 which is coupled to one side by a rail 62. The cylinder 64 is mounted on the support plate 61 to move the electric screwdriver 63 left and right (based on the front face). The electric screwdriver 63 moves to the left in a state in which the pressing band 31 has inserted the end of the rolled band B into the bolt C and tightens the screw S so that the band B is completely rolled .

In the operation of the rolling mechanism 100 of the present invention, when the band B bent upward by 90 degrees is transferred between the inner and outer rollers 21, 22 and 25 as shown in FIG. 9, The bars 14 are moved backward so that they are adjacent to each other in a line. Then, as shown in Fig. 10, the cylinder 42 rotates the rotary plate 13 to the right to press the inner circumferential surface of the band B. As shown in Fig. At this time, when the auxiliary unit 40 is provided, the supporting bar 53 moves up and down to support the outer peripheral surface of the tip end of the band B. Then, the cylinder 41 descends the flow plate 12 to roll the band B as shown in Fig. 12, the cylinder 45 pushes the presser bar 31 to the right and presses the outer peripheral surface of the rolled band B to insert the end of the band B into the fastener C. When the tightening unit 60 is provided, the cylinder 64 moves the electric screwdriver 63 to the left side to complete the hose band HB in which the screw C and the band B are integrally combined. Then, when the operation returns to the reverse order, the completed hose band HB can be removed from the rolling mechanism 100 and discharged to the outside.

As described above, according to the present invention, first, the band can be quickly and accurately rolled, and even if the band standard is changed, the setting can be easily changed to continue rolling.

Secondly, it is possible to improve the merchantability by always rolling in the same form.

Third, a series of rolling processes can be performed automatically to maintain the rolled band, thereby improving productivity and reducing airflow.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. It is therefore intended that such variations and modifications fall within the scope of the appended claims.
