와셔액이 충진되면 부피가 늘어나고 와셔액이 소진되면 부피가 줄어드는 플렉시블한 구조이면서, 와셔액 주입을 위한 주입부(51)와, 와셔액 토출을 위한 토출부(52)가 구비된 와셔탱크부(50)와;
상기 와셔탱크부(50)를 차량에 고정하기 위하여 와셔탱크부(50)의 임의의 지점에 구비된 고정부(60);를 포함하되,
상기 와셔탱크부(50)는 외형을 이루는 부분이 와셔액이 충진되면 부피가 늘어나고 와셔액이 소진되면 부피가 줄어들도록,
폴리염화비닐(12, PVC)과 열가소성 탄성체(11, TPE, Thermoplastic elastomer)로 적층된 전면부(10)와;
부직포(21)와 폴리우레탄 폼(PU Foam)과 EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)로 적층된 후면부(20);의 둘레를 서로 열융착하여 이루어지고,
상기 고정부(60)가 구비될 와셔탱크부(50)의 전면부(10) 및 후면부(20)의 임의의 지점에는 관통홀이 형성되고, 관통홀의 근방의 전면부(10) 및 후면부(20)는 열융착으로 마감되며,
상기 고정부(60)는 상기 열융착으로 마감된 부분을 보강하는 리벳부재(63)와;
