Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 레이저 박리 각막 치료에 대한 처방을 최적화하는 방법으로서,현재의 환자에 대해 현재 측정된 교정 처방을 수신하는 단계;이전에 치료한 여러 환자에 대한 치료 결과의 데이터베이스를 엑세스하는 단계로서, 상기 치료된 각각의 환자로부터의 결과가, 측정된 교정 처방에 기초한 의도한 교정 및 이전에 치료된 환자의 수술후 실제 교정을 포함하는 엑세스 단계;프로세서에 의해, 데이터베이스 내의 치료 결과로부터 교정 수준의 함수로서 데이터 포인트의 분포를 계산하는 단계;프로세서에 의해, 데이터 포인트의 분포로부터 데이터 포인트 분포를 특징화하는 회귀 분석 (regression analysis)을 이용하여 트렌드 라인에 따르는 경사도 (slope) 및 통계학에 기초한 오프셋을 계산하는 단계;프로세서에 의해, 데이터 포인트의 분포로부터 소정의 신뢰 수준을 이용하여 트렌드 라인에 비례하는 데이터 포인트의 신뢰 구간을 계산하는 단계;프로세서에 의해, 경사도 및 데이터 포인트 분포의 오프셋으로부터 현재 측정된 교정 처방을 조절하기 위해 이용되는 보상 인자 (compensation value)를 계산하는 단계로서, 상기 보상 인자는 신뢰 구간이 작을수록 현재 측정된 교정 처방이 크도록 조절하고, 신뢰 구간이 클수록 현재 측정된 교정 처방이 작도록 조절하는 단계; 및굴절 과정을 수행하는데 이용하기 위해 보상 인자를 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 통계학에 기초한 오프셋을 계산하는 단계가 오프셋을 계산하기 위한 최소 자승 적합법(at least-squares fit)을 수행하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 통계학에 기초한 오프셋을 계산하는 단계가 오프셋을 계산하기 위한 최소 자승 에러 적합법을 수행하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 소정의 신뢰 수준이 90 내지 95%의 범위 내인 방법.
- 레이저 박리 각막 치료에 대한 처방을 최적화하는 시스템으로서,프로세서;이전에 치료된 여러 환자에 대한 치료 결과의 데이터베이스로서, 상기 각각의 치료 결과는 측정된 교정 처방에 기초한 의도한 교정 및 이전에 치료된 환자의 수술후 실제 교정을 포함하고, 상기 데이터베이스는 프로세서와 신호 소통되는 데이터베이스;프로세서에 의해 판독가능한 매체 상에 내재하는(resident) 소프트웨어 패키지로서, 상기 소프트웨어 패키지는현재의 환자에 대해 현재 측정된 교정 처방을 수신하고,치료 결과에 대한 데이터베이스를 엑세스하고,프로세서에 의해, 엑세스된 치료 결과로부터 교정 수준의 함수로서 데이터 포인트의 분포를 계산하고,프로세서에 의해, 데이터 포인트의 분포로부터 데이터 포인트 분포를 특징화하는 회귀 분석을 이용하여 트렌드 라인에 따르는 경사도 및 통계학에 기초한 오프셋을 계산하고,프로세서에 의해, 데이터 포인트의 분포로부터 소정의 신뢰 수준을 이용하여 트렌드 라인에 비례하는 데이터 포인트의 신뢰 구간을 계산하고,프로세서에 의해, 경사도 및 데이터 포인트 분포의 오프셋으로부터 현재 측정된 교정 처방을 조절하기 위해 이용되는 보상 인자를 계산하는데, 상기 보상 인자는 신뢰 구간이 작을수록 현재 측정된 교정 처방이 크도록 조절하고, 신뢰 구간이 클수록 현재 측정된 교정 처방이 작도록 조절하고,굴절 과정을 수행하는데 이용하기 위해 보상 인자를 출력하도록 구성된 코드 세그먼트(code segment)를 포함하는 소프트웨어 패키지를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 통계학에 기초한 오프셋을 계산하는 코드 세그먼트가 오프셋을 계산하기 위한 최소 자승 적합법을 수행하기 위한 코드 세그먼트를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 통계학에 기초한 오프셋을 계산하는 코드 세그먼트가 오프셋을 계산하기 위한 최소 자승 에러 적합법을 수행하기 위한 코드 세그먼트를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 소정의 신뢰 수준이 90 내지 95%의 범위 내인 시스템.
