Claims (8)
- 강판의 적어도 일면에 다수의 잉크방울 중 어느 하나의 잉크방울 및 인접한 잉크방울의 중심부 사이의 거리가 잉크방울 평균 직경의 1/5 내지 3/5이 되도록 인접한 잉크방울을 중첩시켜 연속된 코팅층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 무결함 도장강판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 잉크방울은 1 내지 50pico liter의 토출량을 갖는 무결함 도장강판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 잉크방울은 강판표면에서 잉크돌기를 형성하고,
상기 잉크돌기는 강판 표면과 50°이하의 접촉각을 이루는 무결함 도장강판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 잉크는 수지조성물을 포함하고,
상기 수지조성물은 주제수지로 폴리에스테르계 수지, 에폭시 수지, 아크릴 수지, 우레탄 수지 및 알키드 수지를 포함한 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 무결함 도장강판의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 수지조성물은 아크릴계 올리고머, 아크릴계 모노머 또는 이들의 혼합물 가운데 적어도 하나를 포함하는 무결함 도장강판의 제조방법.
- 강판; 및
상기 강판의 적어도 일면에 1mm2당 150 내지 3000개의 인접한 잉크 돌기가 서로 중첩되어 형성된 코팅층을 포함하고,
상기 코팅층은 상기 인접한 잉크 돌기가 중첩된 부분에서 발생한 골의 평균 깊이가 1㎛ 이내인 무결함 도장강판.
- 삭제
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅층은 웨이브스캔(Wave scan)측정 기준 LW 35이하 및 SW 35이하의 선영성을 가진 무결함 도장강판.
