Claims (9)
- 친환경 토양 개량제의 제조 방법에 있어서,
쑥, 삽주 및 콩을 물을 용매로 사용하여 추출하는 추출단계;
맥반석, 불석 및 규석을 분쇄 및 열처리를 통해 가공하는 광물질 가공 단계;
상기 추출된 쑥, 삽주 및 콩의 추출물, 상기 가공된 광물질, 효소, 흑설탕 및 물을 혼합하여 교반하는 교반 단계;
상기 교반된 혼합물을 발효시키는 발효 단계; 및
상기 발효된 액체 상태의 결과물만을 친환경 토양 개량제로서 토출하는 토출 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 토양 개량제의 제조 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 추출단계는 쑥, 삽주, 콩 및 물을 가열 탱크에 투입하여 97~100℃로 1~1.5시간 가열하는 가열 단계;
상기 가열된 쑥, 삽주, 콩 및 물의 혼합물을 20~30℃로 냉각시키는 냉각 단계;
상기 냉각된 쑥, 삽주, 콩 및 물의 혼합물을 여과포 또는 여과망이 장착된 용기에 의해 여과시키는 여과 단계; 및
상기 여과된 액체 상태의 결과물만을 쑥, 삽주 및 콩의 추출물로서 토출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 토양 개량제의 제조 방법. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 가열 단계는 물 100중량부에 대해 쑥 0.04~0.05중량부, 삽주 0.03~0.04중량부 및 콩 0.04~0.05중량부를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 토양 개량제의 제조 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 광물질 가공 단계는
맥반석, 불석 및 규석을 200~240 메시로 분쇄하는 분쇄단계;
상기 분쇄된 맥반석, 불석 및 규석을 5:5:3으로 교반하여 혼합하는 혼합단계;
상기 혼합된 혼합물을 열처리하는 광물질 열처리 단계;
상기 열처리된 혼합물을 상온에서 냉각시키는 냉각 단계; 및
상기 냉각된 혼합물을 토출하는 가공된 광물질 토출단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 토양 개량제의 제조 방법. - 제4 항에 있어서,
상기 광물질 열처리 단계는 상기 분쇄된 맥반석, 불석 및 규석을 150~200℃로 3~5분간 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 토양 개량제의 제조 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 교반단계는 물 100중량부에 대해서 쑥, 삽주 및 콩의 추출물 0.15~0.16중량부, 상기 가공된 광물질 0.07~0.09중량부, 효소 0.06~0.09중량부, 흑설탕 0.06~0.08중량부를 혼합하여 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 토양 개량제의 제조 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 교반 단계는 쑥, 삽주 및 콩의 추출물, 가공된 광물질, 효소, 흑설탕 및 물의 혼합물을 20~30℃에서 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 토양 개량제의 제조 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 발효 단계는 교반된 상기 혼합물을 20~30℃에서 5~10주간 발효시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 토양 개량제의 제조 방법. - 제1 항의 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 친환경 토양 개량제에 있어서,
물 100중량부에 대해서 쑥, 삽주 및 콩의 추출물 0.15~0.16중량부, 가공된 광물질 0.07~0.09중량부, 효소 0.06~0.09중량부, 흑설탕 0.06~0.08중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 토양 개량제.
