Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예 1 및 비교예 1 내지 3에서 사용한 칼럼에 따른 분리 크로마토그램을 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예 2에서 본 발명에 따른 역상 액체크로마토그래피를 이용하여 분리된 고순도 루테튬-177(177Lu)의 분리 크로마토그램을 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예 2에서 본 발명에 따른 역상 액체크로마토그래피를 이용하여 분리된 고순도 루테튬-177(177Lu)의 핵종 분석 그래프를 나타낸 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예 3에서 본 발명에 따른 역상 액체크로마토그래피를 이용하여 대용량의 이터븀(Yb)과 루테튬-177(177Lu) 혼합물을 분리한 분리 크로마토그램을 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (8)
- 시안화(C2-C10)알킬 및 (C4-C20)알킬실록산이 동시에 도입된 실리카겔을 고정상으로 하는 역상크로마토그래피를 이용하여 간접생산법으로 제조된 이터븀(Yb)과 루테튬-177(177Lu)의 혼합물로부터 루테튬-177(177Lu)을 분리하는 루테튬-177(177Lu)의 분리방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 역상 크로마토그래피는 루테튬-177(177Lu)이 먼저 용출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 루테튬-177(177Lu)의 분리방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 역상크로마토그래피의 이동상 용매는 2-히드록시이소부틸산(2-hydroxyisobutyric acid), 1-옥탄설포네이트(1-octane sulfonate), 비스(2-에틸헥실)인산(Bis(2-ethylhexyl)phosphate), 이부틸인산(Dibutylphosphate), 구연산(citric acid) 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상인 루테튬-177(177Lu)의 분리방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 2-히드록시이소부틸산(2-hydroxyisobutyric acid) 및 1-옥탄설포네이트(1-octane sulfonate)의 혼합용매인 루테튬-177(177Lu)의 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 역상 액체크로마토그래피의 이동상 유동 속도는 0.5 내지 4 ml/min인 것을 특징으로 하는 루테튬-177(177Lu)의 분리방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 내지 제 2항 및 제 4항 내지 제 6항 중에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 루테튬-177(177Lu)의 분리방법으로 분리된 루테튬-177(177Lu)은 비방사능이 100 내지 150 Ci/mg인 루테튬-177(177Lu)의 분리방법.
