도 2는 본 발명에 따른 실시예 1 및 비교예 1에서 제조된 탄소 나노 튜브들과 대조군 1인 탄소 나노 튜브의 주사 전자 현미경(Scanning electron microscope) 사진이고;
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 실시예 2 및 비교예 2에서 제조된 탄소 나노 튜브들과 대조군 2인 탄소 나노 튜브의 주사 전자 현미경(Scanning electron microscope) 사진이고;
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 실시예 3 내지 실시예 6에서 제조된 탄소 섬유들과 대조군 3인 탄소 섬유의 주사 전자 현미경(Scanning electron microscope) 사진이고;

Claims (14)
- 고분자 기지; 및
상기 고분자 기지 내로 구비되는 탄소 섬유를 포함하고,
상기 탄소 섬유는 그 표면에 탄소 나노 튜브/산화 그래핀 복합체(Carbon nanotube/Graphene oxide hybrid)가 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고분지 기지는 에폭시 수지, 페놀 수지, 비닐에스터 수지, 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리에틸렌 수지, 폴리이미드 수지, 폴리올레핀 수지, 폴리에테르에테르케톤 수지, 폴리에테르설폰 수지 및 폴리염화비닐 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 나노 튜브/산화 그래핀 복합체(Carbon nanotube/Graphene oxide hybrid)가 코팅된 탄소 섬유는 전체 중량 기준으로 0.01 내지 1.0 중량%의 탄소 나노 튜브/산화 그래핀 복합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 섬유는 전체 탄소 섬유 복합재에 대하여 40 내지 80 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 복합재.
- 탄소 섬유에 탄소 나노 튜브/산화 그래핀 복합체(Carbon nanotube/Graphene oxide hybrid)를 코팅하는 단계(단계 1); 및
상기 단계 1에서 탄소 나노 튜브/산화 그래핀 복합체가 코팅된 탄소 섬유 복수개를 적층하고, 적층재로 고분자기지를 부가하여 탄소 섬유 복합재를 제조하는 단계(단계 2);를 포함하는 탄소 섬유 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,

탄소 나노 튜브 및 계면활성제를 극성 용매에 첨가하여 탄소 나노 튜브를 분산시킨 후, 상기 탄소 나노 튜브가 분산된 용액에 산화 그래핀을 첨가하여 분산액을 제조하는 단계(단계 a); 및
상기 단계 a에서 제조된 분산액에 탄소 섬유 및 스테인레스 스틸 전극을 투입하고 전압을 가하여 탄소 나노 튜브/산화 그래핀 복합체를 증착시키는 단계(단계 b);를 포함하는 전기영동법(Electrophoretic deposition)을 통해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 단계 a의 계면활성제는 비이온성 계면활성제, 음이온계 계면활성제, 양이온계 계면활성제 및 양성 계면활성제로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1 종 이상의 계면활성제인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 단계 a의 분산액에서 탄소 나노 튜브의 함량은 0.01 내지 0.1 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 단계 a의 분산액에서 산화 그래핀의 함량은 0.0003 내지 0.03 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 단계 b의 증착은 3 내지 20 V의 전압을 인가하여 0.5 내지 10 분 동안 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 단계 3의 고분자 기지는 에폭시 수지, 페놀 수지, 비닐에스터 수지, 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리에틸렌 수지, 폴리이미드 수지, 폴리올레핀 수지, 폴리에테르에테르케톤 수지, 폴리에테르설폰 수지 및 폴리염화비닐 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 단계 3의 탄소 섬유 복합재의 제조는 진공성형(VARTM, Vacuum assisted resin transfer molding), 압축 성형, 진공백 성형 및 오토클레이브 성형으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1 종의 방법을 통해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 탄소 섬유 복합재를 포함하는 항공기 재료.
- 제1항의 탄소 섬유 복합재를 포함하는 전자파 차폐재.
