Claims (5)
- 철망형 벨트로 구성되어 쓰레기 호퍼(10a)에서 투입된 쓰레기에 포함된 토사, 돌조각 및 금속조각 등을 상기 철망형 벨트로 통과시키는 철망 콘베이어(10)와;
상기 철망 콘베이어(10)를 통과한 쓰레기 중 비닐류, 종이류, 프라스틱류 등을 갈퀴에 의해 걸러내어 배출하는 갈퀴 선별장치(20)와;
상기 갈퀴선별장치(20)에서 선별된 프라스틱류 및 종이류를 분쇄하여 정전기에 의해 분류하는 플라스틱류/종이류 분리장치(30)와;
상기 철망 컨베이어(10)에서 철망을 통과하여 배출되는 토사, 돌조각 등을 형상인식 분리기(60)로 이송시키는 벨트 콘베이어(40)와;
상기 벨트 콘베이어(40)의 상부에 설치되어 상기 벨트 콘베이어(40)에 의해 이송되는 토사, 돌조각 등에서 자력으로 끌어당겨 금속조각을 분리하는 자기 선별기(50)와;
상기 자기 선별기(50)를 통과한 토사, 돌조각 등에서 알루미늄 캔 등 비철금속 조각, 플라스틱 조각, 목재조각, 의류 조각, 병조각 등을 분류하는 형상인식 분리기(60)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 재활용 자원선별시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 철망 컨베이어(10)는 구동모터(11)의 동력을 전달받아 회전하는 원동스프로킷(12)과 피동스프로킷(13)의 사이에 체인을 걸어 상기 체인과 연결된 투수성 및 내열성을 갖는 철망 컨베이어벨트(14)로 구성하여 상기 쓰레기 호퍼(10a)로부터 투입되어 철망 컨베이어벨트(14) 윗면에 놓이는 재활용 쓰레기를 이송시킴과 동시에 토사, 돌조각 등이 철망을 통과하여 선별될 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 재활용 자원선별시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 철망 컨베이어(10)는 진동 발생장치(17)에 진동을 받으며 상기 쓰레기 호퍼(10a)로부터 투입되는 재활용 쓰레기를 이송하고, 상기 진동발생장치(17)는 상기 철망 컨베이어벨트(14)의 프레임(14a)에 부착되어 하방으로 연장되는 진동 프레임(17a)과; 상기 진동 프레임(17a)의 내부밑면에 설치되는 진동모터(17b)와; 상기 진동프레임(17a)을 지반에 지지하는 지지 스프링(17c)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 재활용 자원선별시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플라스틱류/종이류 분리장치(30)는 플라스틱류와 종이류를 일정크기 이하로 분쇄하는 분쇄장치(31)와; 상기 분쇄장치(31)에서 분쇄되어 배출되는 분쇄물에 전하를 띄도록 전기와 마찰을 일으키는 대전장치(33)와; 상기 대전장치(33)에 의해 전하를 띄는 분쇄물에 전계를 가하여 종이류와 플라스틱류로 분리하는 정전분리기(35)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 재활용 자원선별시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플라스틱류/종이류 분리장치(30)에서 분류된 플라스틱류 분쇄물은 펌프(80)로부터 공급되는 물과 혼합된 플라스틱류 분쇄물을 분류 경사면(92)에 공급하는 분쇄물 공급호퍼(91)와; 상기 분쇄물 공급호퍼(91)에서 공급되는 물과 혼합된 플라스틱류 분쇄물을 경사면을 통해 흘려보내는 분류경사면(92)과; 상기 분류 경사면(92)에 일정한 간격으로 형성되어 각종 금속을 비중차에 의해 걸러내는 다수의 분류턱(93)과; 상기 분류경사면(92) 아래에 설치되어 상기 다수의 분류턱(93)에 의해 걸러진 금속을 수집하는 다수의 수집통(94a. 94b, 94c, 94d, 94e)으로 구성되는 금속 수집부(94)와; 상기 금속수집부(94)의 아래에 설치되어 진동을 발생시켜 상기 물과 혼합된 플라스틱류 분쇄물이 상기 분류경사면(92)을 따라 흘러내리도록 하는 진동발생장치(95)로 구성되는 비중차 금속선별장치(90)에 의해 다시 금속을 분류하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 재활용 자원선별시스템.
