Abstract
전술한 본 발명의 특징은, 냉각공기배출구(12)를 갖는 냉각공기교환부(10)와 냉난방 폐열배출구(22)를 갖는 냉난방 폐열교환부(20)가 형성되고, 냉각공기교환부(10)와 냉난방 폐열교환부(20)의 내벽에 단열재 고정 및 결합부위를 보강해주는 보강바(14)가 형성되고, 냉난방 폐열교환부(20)에 실내의 공기를 추가적으로 자동 유입시키는 폐열 냉각용 외부유입구(23)가 형성되고, 냉각공기교환부(10)의 내측에는 냉각열교환핀(11)이 형성되며, 냉난방 폐열교환부(20)의 내측에는 2층 구조의 냉난방 폐열교환핀(21)이 형성되고, 냉각열교환핀(11)과 냉난방 폐열교환핀(21) 사이에 냉각부(40a)와 폐열교환부(40b)를 갖는 열전모듈(40)이 결합되어 전체적인 공기유입구(30)가 형성되며, 상기 공기유입구(30) 내측 중앙에 유입공기를 냉각공기교환부(10)와 냉난방 폐열교환부(20)로 분리시키는 유선형 분리구(31)가 형성되고, 공기유입구(30) 쪽 냉각열교환핀(11)과 냉난방 폐열교환핀(21)의 테두리가 결합되는 냉각공기교환부(10)와 냉난방 폐열교환부(20)에 공기유도돌기(32)가 형성되고, 공기유입구(30)쪽 결합돌기(33) 전면에 유입공기 누출을 방지하는 O-ring(35)이 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 열전모듈을 이용한 공기조화기에 의하여 달성될 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (6)
- 냉각공기배출구(12)를 갖는 냉각공기교환부(10)와 냉난방 폐열배출구(22)를 갖는 냉난방 폐열교환부(20)가 형성되고, 냉각열교환핀(11)과 냉난방 폐열교환핀(21) 사이에 냉각부(40a)와 폐열교환부(40b)를 갖는 열전모듈(40)이 결합되어 전체적인 공기유입구(30)가 형성되며, 공기유입구(30) 쪽 냉각열교환핀(11)과 냉난방 폐열교환핀(21)의 테두리가 결합되는 냉각공기교환부(10)와 냉난방 폐열교환부(20)에 공기유도돌기(32)가 형성되고, 2층 구조의 냉난방 폐열교환핀(21)은 열용량 증가와 열교환 면적을 증가시켜 열교환율을 향상시키는 열전모듈을 이용한 공기조화기에 있어서,
상기 냉각공기교환부(10)의 내측에는 냉각열교환핀(11)이 형성되며, 냉난방 폐열교환부(20)의 내측에는 2층 구조의 냉난방 폐열교환핀(21)이 형성되고, 상기 공기유입구(30) 내측 중앙에 유입공기를 냉각공기교환부(10)와 냉난방 폐열교환부(20)로 분리시키는 유선형 분리구(31)가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 열전모듈을 이용한 공기조화기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 2층 구조의 냉난방 폐열교환핀(21)은 유체역학적으로 외부 공기를 더 추가적으로 흡입하며 열용량증가와 열교환 면적이 증가하게 2중으로 열교환이 이루어지는 효과를 갖게 구성하고 공기가 유입되는 쪽과 공기가 배출되는 쪽을 경사지게 구성하여 열교환하는 공기의 유량을 증가하도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 열전모듈을 이용한 공기조화기. - 삭제
