The present invention can prevent the auxiliary lever from being deformed while the conventional auxiliary lever is being used as it is, that is, the problem of damaging the manual lever caused by the eccentric butterfly valve, that is, deformation of the auxiliary lever. .
Description
The present invention relates to an eccentric butterfly valve and a manual lever connected thereto, and more particularly to an eccentric butterfly valve with a manual lever capable of preventing deformation of the auxiliary lever and a manual lever thereof.
In general, a pipe for supplying a fluid such as gas, steam, or oil is provided with a valve to intercept or connect the flow of the fluid as needed, or to control the flow rate of the fluid.
A conventional butterfly valve includes a fluid passage penetrated to allow fluid to pass therethrough, a disk rotatably mounted on the fluid passage to open and close the fluid passage, a rotating shaft extending upward from the disk, And a fixed lever. This valve operates to open and close the fluid passage by rotating the rotation shaft and the disk in conjunction with rotation of the lever.

As described above, in the center butterfly valve, the fluid pressure is uniformly applied to both sides of the disk about the rotation axis. That is, in the eccentric butterfly valve as shown in FIG. 1, the rotary shaft is provided eccentrically with respect to the fluid passage, so that different fluid pressures are applied to both sides of the disk, resulting in rotational force acting on the disk.
In this way, the pressure of the fluid acting on the disk is transmitted to the manual lever via the rotation shaft, so that the manual lever receives the rotational force continuously.
Thus, in order to maintain the valve closed despite the rotational force transmitted to the manual lever, the manual lever must be able to be fixed in a certain position.
On the other hand, the butterfly valve with the manual lever is usually formed by a combination of the main lever and the auxiliary lever, and the upper end of the valve body is provided with a fixing plate in which a locking groove is continuously formed on the edge, So that the manual lever can be fixed at a specific position.
However, such a general manual lever structure does not cause any problems in the center butterfly valve, but in the eccentric butterfly valve, the rotational force due to the different fluid pressures generated in the disk causes deformation of the auxiliary lever, There is a situation in which the manual lever needs to be replaced due to extreme deformation of the auxiliary lever.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been conceived to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a main lever having a bending prevention plate for supporting both sides of a fixing end portion of the auxiliary lever, So as to prevent deformation of the auxiliary lever.
