Endless track vehicles are heavy equipment such as construction heavy equipment, tanks, or tractors. An endless track which is a traveling device of an infinite tracked vehicle has a structure in which a plurality of track shoe tracks are arranged in a longitudinal direction of a crawler and connected to each other by a track link and a track pin .
The movement of the track vehicle is performed by assembling an annular track link connecting the track shoe around the front and rear rollers and simultaneously rotating the front and rear rollers. Therefore, the track link assembled to the track vehicle is made of a material which can withstand various fatigue, impact, abrasion load and the like due to the weight of the vehicle. Particularly, since the track surface of the track link contacting with the roller during running is likely to be abraded, Quenching and tempering are performed to improve abrasion resistance.
Conventionally, a method of manufacturing a track link includes a forging and milling step of processing a material in a link shape, a step of machining the upper surface of the material to be machined, a step of subjecting the ground material to high frequency heat treatment, A boring process for machining the pin hole, a drilling process for machining the connection hole again between the bush hole and the pin hole, and a blowing process.
On the other hand, a spindle, which is processing equipment, is used in the boring process for machining the bush hole and the pin hole.
However, the spacing between the bush hole and the pin hole processed in one track link is always set, and therefore, the spindle which perforates the bush hole and the pin hole, respectively, does not interfere with the gap between the bush hole and the pin hole The bush hole and the pin hole are machined with a spindle having a low output, so that the cutting speed is slowed due to vibration, surface roughness and tool breakage due to vibration. This is because the work time is too long, which causes the productivity of the track link to deteriorate.
As a prior art for solving the above-mentioned problems, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1134630 (name: adapter plate for conveying a track link material) (hereinafter referred to as prior art) is exemplified.
The prior art includes an adapter plate for automatically transferring the track link material sequentially in accordance with a process of processing a bush hole, a pin hole, and a connection hole in a track link material, wherein the adapter plate has a plurality of first and second holes And a plurality of track link materials are fixed in a symmetrical state to each other in front of the first and second holes.
As a result, the prior art can enlarge the spindle-to-spindle distance between two spindles used for bush hole and pin hole machining, thereby making it possible to use a large spindle that provides a high capacity output, And the productivity can be improved by reducing the working time.
However, in the prior art, the adapter plate, which automatically transfers the track link material sequentially, simply processes the bush and pin hole while clamping the track link material only upward and downward, so that the track link material is pushed backward There is a concern.
Particularly, in the process of machining bushes and pin holes, it is necessary to separate the adapter plate from the pallet, process the bush and pin hole, and then connect the adapter plate to the pallet. However, there is a problem in that the prior art can not separate the adapter plate from the pallet and thus can not perform a stable machining operation.
