Description
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a superconducting wire having a circular cross section by using a superconducting thin film wire having a plate shape, comprising cutting a superconducting thin film wire having a desired width, laminating the superconducting thin wire rod with upper and lower steps, The present invention also relates to a method of continuously manufacturing a circular wire using the superconducting thin film wire, which continuously forms a circular wire material by copper plating.
Generally, superconducting thin film wire just before commercialization has many limitations due to plate shape. Especially, in AC application, inherent characteristics of superconducting wire cause AC loss and deteriorate characteristics of application equipment.
In order to solve this problem, there is a method of twisting and finishing superconducting wires. Twisting superconducting thin wires of the superconducting wires is extremely impossible because the performance of the thin wires is extremely reduced.
In the case of the Roebel bar conductor, which is emerging in recent years, a large amount of wire rod is cut off and twisted, resulting in a large loss of wire rod.
In recent years, attempts have been made to develop wire-forming techniques, among which the development of a circularization technique for metal substrates using a syringe needle manufacturing method (France CNRS) and the SSIFFS method for depositing superconducting layers on sapphire wires ) Are emerging. However, these methods are complicated in manufacturing process and expensive to manufacture. In addition, there is a problem in that it is not suitable as a method for manufacturing a rope material in manufacturing.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a superconducting thin film which is cut into a desired width, laminated, It is an object of the present invention to provide a circular wire material using a superconducting thin film wire to continuously produce wire materials and a continuous manufacturing method thereof.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device, including: forming a plurality of unit superconducting wires having different widths to form a silver protective layer on a surface; A second step of stacking each of the unit superconducting wires having the silver protective layer thereon in an up and down direction to form a stacked superconducting wire by vertically stacking the tapes so that the widths of the tapes stacked up and down are relatively reduced; A third step of subjecting the laminated superconducting wire to a pressure heat treatment; And. And a fourth step of immersing the press-heat-treated laminated superconducting wire in a plating bath filled with a copper solution to form a copper plating layer on the outer surface of the superconducting superconducting wire. It is technically essential.
According to the present invention, a plurality of unit superconducting wires each having a silver protective layer formed thereon are stacked vertically so that the width of the tape stacked on top and bottom is relatively reduced, A laminated superconducting wire; And a copper plating layer formed on the outer surface of the laminated superconducting wire by immersing the laminated superconducting wire in a plating bath filled with a copper solution. The present invention also provides a circular wire rod using the superconducting thin film wire.
The unit superconducting wire of the first step is preferably formed by cutting the superconducting wire in the longitudinal direction using a slitter.
The laminated superconducting wire of the second step is preferably formed by continuously stacking the unit superconducting wires slit by a slitter by using a lamination guide former.
The pressurizing heat treatment in the third step preferably proceeds in an oxygen atmosphere while passing through the pressing jig penetrating the laminated superconducting wire.
It is preferable that the pressing heat treatment is performed at a temperature range of 400 ° C to 600 ° C.
Accordingly, there is an advantage that the superconducting thin film wire of the plate shape is cut to a desired width, laminated on top of each other with a step difference therebetween, subjected to heat treatment, and then plated with copper to continuously produce a circular wire material.
According to the present invention, since the plate-like superconducting thin film wire is cut to have a desired width, laminated on top of each other with a step difference therebetween, heat-treated, and then copper plating is performed to continuously produce a circular wire material. It is possible to reduce the AC loss of the superconducting alternating current appliances and to make the superconducting wires of high capacity and high strength.
In addition, since it is a circular wire when manufacturing a coil such as a magnet, layer winding is possible, and the magnetic field characteristic of the coil can be improved by optimizing the direction of the thin film wire inside the wire according to the magnetic field direction.
In addition, since copper is coated to form a circular shape, it can be easily rolled, and also has an excellent stabilization characteristic to prevent burn-out due to an overcurrent.

1, the unitary
That is, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing continuous long wire rods of continuous length using a superconducting thin film wire lamination method. This will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
In the present invention, a plurality of unit
Here, the
It is obvious that the known thin film
The
The thin film
Then, the silver protective layer is coated again on the outer surfaces of the respective unit
Each of the unit
Thereafter, the laminated
That is, as shown in FIG. 4, as the laminated
The laminated
