Abstract
본 발명 창문용 ?볕 열반사 에어캡시트의 제조방법은, 원형 또는 정사각형, 직사각형등의 엠보싱이 연속적으로 형성된 엠보싱원형롤러의 회전하는 쪽으로 접하도록 투명한 비닐의 수지가 공급되어 엠보싱시트(1200)가 성형되는 단계(S1)와, 상기 엠보싱원형롤러와 평면형원형롤러의 사이에 위치하여 평면형원형롤러와 접하도록 반사시트(1300)가 공급되는 단계(S2)와, 상기 엠보싱원형롤러에 의해 투명한 비닐 평판시트(1100)가 진공흡착된 상태로 평면형원형롤러에 의해 반사시트(1300)가 엠보싱원형롤러쪽으로 밀착시키는 단계(S3)와, 상기 엠보싱시트(1200)와 반사시트(1300)가 접합된 상태로 공급되어 반사시트(1300)가 접합되지 않은 쪽 면으로 얇은 평판시트를 성형하기 위한 투명한 비닐 수지가 공급되는 단계(S4)와, 상기 엠보싱시트(1200)와 반사시트(1300)가 접합된 상태로 공급되어 반사시트(1300)가 접합되지 않은 쪽 면에 얇은 평판시트(1100)를 접합하는 단계(S5)를 포함한다.

상기 엠보싱원형롤러와 평면형원형롤러의 사이에 위치하여 평면형원형롤러와 접하도록 반사시트(1300)가 공급되는 단계(S2)와,
상기 엠보싱원형롤러에 의해 투명한 비닐 평판시트(1100)가 진공흡착된 상태로 평면형원형롤러에 의해 반사시트(1300)가 엠보싱원형롤러쪽으로 밀착시키는 단계(S3)와,
상기 엠보싱시트(1200)와 반사시트(1300)가 접합된 상태로 공급되어 반사시트(1300)가 접합되지 않은 쪽 면으로 얇은 평판시트를 성형하기 위한 투명한 비닐 수지가 공급되는 단계(S4)와,
상기 엠보싱시트(1200)와 반사시트(1300)가 접합된 상태로 공급되어 반사시트(1300)가 접합되지 않은 쪽 면에 얇은 평판시트(1100)를 접합하는 단계(S5)를 포함하는 창문용 ?볕 열반사 에어캡시트의 제조방법.
