Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a wire winding structure for a window regulator, and more particularly, to a wire winding structure for a window regulator including a separation preventing portion for preventing a wound wire from being separated.
Generally, a side view of the vehicle is provided with a door module panel, and the door module panel is provided with a window regulator for automatically opening and closing a window for opening and closing the door.
Such a window regulator includes a drum mounted on a drive shaft of a drive motor provided in a central portion of a door module panel, a housing configured to surround the drum, a pair of guides vertically formed on the left and right sides of the housing, A pair of clamping means for guiding the guides, and wires for mounting the guide rope clamping means of the rollers installed at both ends of the guide on both ends of the guide.
On the other hand, in recent years, as the modularization of vehicle parts has increased, more and more individual parts have been manufactured at different places, and there has been an increasing need to be transported to the same place for assembly. Such modularization is mainly used in assembling the window lifter on the door member.
Before the window regulator is attached to the door module, the window regulator is assembled elsewhere. Then, after the rewindable drive member such as a cable or a wire is wound on the drum, the drum is placed on the base member.
According to the prior art, mechanisms for fixing the drive member wound on the drum onto the drum are known, and while the drum wound in this state is being transported to the base member, the drive member can not be separated from the drum.
After the drum is assembled with the base member, the assembly is transferred and screwed into the door module. However, serious problems arise in this process. That is, the drive member can not be detached from the drum by various mechanisms, but is projected from the drum. This is because the drive member can not be completely wound on the drum because it has to be installed in the completed window lifting mechanism.
The freely hanging ends of the drive member cause various problems during transport or during the assembly process of the window lifting mechanism.
In order to solve such a problem, Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2009-0113267 discloses a driver member fixing apparatus.
Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the driver member fixing device includes a
Such a conventional window regulator is characterized in that the drive member (wire) is configured to be caught in the recess of the fixing member. However, such a recess has a disadvantage that the drive member can not be maintained in the wound state in the drum .
That is, when the drive member is caught in the recess, it functions to fix a part of the drive member, but it is difficult to restrain the drive member from moving in the longitudinal direction. When the drive member is moved in the longitudinal direction in this way, there is a problem that the drive member wound around the drum is detached from the drum.
Therefore, according to the related art, it is difficult to wind the drive member onto the drum in advance, and there is a disadvantage that the drive member can be wound around the drum after the completion of the installation of the other module.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a wire winding structure for a window regulator, in which the wire is not separated from a winding groove of a drum even if a wire is previously wound on a drum .
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a wire winding structure for a window regulator, comprising: a drum having a central hole through which a rotating shaft is inserted in a center, and a winding groove formed in an outer peripheral surface;
A housing in which the drum is rotatably mounted; And
And a wire wound around the winding groove of the drum and partially protruding from the drum,
The housing includes:
A base portion on which one surface of the drum is seated,
A sidewall portion vertically erected from the base portion and partially surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the drum and exposing a remaining portion of the drum to the outside,
The wire extending in a direction away from the drum from the protruding portion protruding from the drum to prevent the wire from being detached from the drum, and a wire can be fitted between the drum and the outer circumferential surface of the drum And a gap is provided.
In the wire winding structure for a window regulator,
The separation preventing portion may be made of a material softer than the base portion.
In the wire winding structure for a window regulator,
The departure-
And a shape in which the thickness in the horizontal direction is increased as the distance from the protruding portion increases.
In the wire winding structure for a window regulator,
The departure-
And may be located at both ends of the side wall portion.
The wire winding structure for a window regulator,
Preventing side wall extending from the side wall portion toward the separation preventing portion along the outer peripheral surface of the drum.
The wire winding structure for a window regulator according to the present invention is advantageous in that convenience in manufacturing can be maximized because the wire wound on the cable drum can be maintained in a state where the wire wound around the cable drum is wound by the separation preventing portion.
