Abstract
Description
(d: 광센서의 제1열 센서와 제2열 센서 또는 제1열 센서와 제3열 센서 간의 거리, t: 레이저광이 제1열 센서와 제2열 센서 또는 제1열 센서와 제3열 센서를 지나가는 시간 차이)에 의해 회전식 레이저 레벨에서 레이저 검출기까지의 거리(L)를 산출하되, 상기 제3열 센서와 제2열 센서 사이의 레이저광 검출시간 차이(△t1)와, 상기 제2열 센서와 제1열 센서 사이의 레이저광 검출시간 차이(△t2)를 비교하여 △t1=△t2가 성립되도록 레이저 검출기의 자세를 교정하여 오차를 보상하도록 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
Claims (4)
- 회전식 레이저 레벨의 레이저광을 수신하는 레이저 검출기로서,레이저광을 수신하기 위한 센서로서 레벨과 거리를 동시에 측정할 수 있도록 광센서인 제1,2,3열 센서(101,102,103)가 나란히 배열되는 형태로 설치되어,상기 제1,2,3열 센서(101,102,103)가 레이저광을 수신하는 시간 차이를 이용하여 다음식(d: 광센서의 제1열 센서와 제2열 센서 또는 제1열 센서와 제3열 센서 간의 거리, t: 레이저광이 제1열 센서와 제2열 센서 또는 제1열 센서와 제3열 센서를 지나가는 시간 차이)에 의해 회전식 레이저 레벨에서 레이저 검출기까지의 거리(L)를 산출하되,상기 제3열 센서(103)와 제2열 센서(102) 사이의 레이저광 검출시간 차이(△t1)와, 상기 제2열 센서(102)와 제1열 센서(101) 사이의 레이저광 검출시간 차이(△t2)를 비교하여 △t1=△t2가 성립되도록 레이저 검출기의 자세를 교정하여 오차를 보상하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 레벨 및 거리 측정 레이저 검출기.
