Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a surface treatment method of a mold for manufacturing a high drainage tire. More particularly, the polishing and groove drainage of the mold for forming a tread pattern of the tire are polished to improve performance and drainage performance during driving. The present invention relates to a surface treatment method of a mold for producing a high drainage tire that can produce excellent tires.
In general, various tread patterns are formed on the surface of the tire to secure excellent grip. The tire has a difference in performance, drainage performance, and braking distance when driving, depending on a plurality of grooves formed in the circumferential direction of the tread pattern and a plurality of grooves formed in the width direction.
For example, Korean Unexamined Patent Publication Nos. 10-1997-0005666, 10-2000-0025779, 10-2001-0001506, Patent Nos. 10-0573761, 10-0497978, etc. A description of the tread pattern of is disclosed.
However, in the tread pattern, when the ground plane is increased, the braking force is increased, but fuel consumption is also increased. In addition, since the number or area of the grooves is reduced in order to increase the ground plane, this causes a decrease in drainage performance and may cause a water film phenomenon in rain.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above point, and since polishing is performed on grooves of a mold for forming grooves in a tread pattern, it is possible to manufacture a tire having improved performance and drainage performance during driving. In the step of removing the masking (S40), the masking is removed from the mold 10 completed until the third polishing. At this time, it is preferable to remove the masking as carefully as possible so as not to damage the polished and polished portions.
After removing the masking as described above, further proceeds to the washing step (S42) and drying step (S44) to immerse the mold 10 in the washing solution again.
Since the process of dipping in the washing solution in the washing step (S42) can proceed in the same manner as the step (S10) for washing the mold 10, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
