도 4는 본 발명의 바람직한 다른 실시예에 의한 차량 급발진 방지 시스템을 개략적으로 나타낸 블록도이다.

Claims (4)
- 운전자에 의하여 밟아지는 가속페달의 위치를 판단하는 가속페달 포지션 센서;
상기 가속페달 포지션 센서에 의하여 가속페달이 밟아진 정도를 계산하여 자동차 엔진으로 투입되는 연료의 양을 제어하는 전자제어장치(ECU : Electronic control unit);
상기 가속페달의 가압면에 설치되어 가압여부를 검지하여 검지신호를 상기 전자제어장치로 전송하는 압력시트;를 포함하며,
상기 전자제어장치는, 상기 압력시트에서 압력이 검지됨과 동시에 엑셀페달 포지션 센서에서 밟혀진 정도에 대한 신호에 따라 상기 엔진으로 투입되는 연료의 양을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 급발진 방지 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자제어장치는,
압력시트에서 압력이 검지되지 않은 상태에서 상기 가속페달 포지션 센서에서 밟혀진 양에 대한 신호가 검지되는 경우에는 이상신호로 판단하여 엔진으로의 연료공급을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 급발진 방지 시스템.
