Description

A glossy fabric having an enamel coating layer and manufacturing method thereof}A glossy fabric having an enamel coating layer and manufacturing method

The present invention relates to a glossy fabric with an enamel layer and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to enamel to improve the luxury and durability of the fiber fabric by continuously maintaining the gloss without damaging the fiber fabric such as conventional fabrics The present invention relates to a gloss fabric having a layer formed thereon and a method of manufacturing the same.

Various methods of applying gloss to the fiber fabric have been tried. Among them, there is a method in which the fiber fabric passes through the rollers so that gloss is generated on the surface by heat and friction. That is, the fiber fabric is rubbed and compressed by the rollers, the smoothness of the tissue is increased, the gloss is generated on the surface portion to which the friction is applied.

However, the gloss generated in this way, the gloss disappears as the surface is rubbed with the human body or other items, and especially when washing, the gloss disappears rapidly as the smoothness of the fiber fabric is restored. Since the fabric is stretched and deformed, the garment manufactured using such a fabric fabric has a problem of poor durability. Further, as described above, since the fiber fabric becomes very stiff due to compression and friction, the fabric itself is damaged and the quality is degraded.

Accordingly, the transfer method of reducing the damage to the fiber fabric was applied by applying an adhesive to the fiber fabric and attaching a gloss film so that the optical coating layer of the film was transferred to the fiber fabric by the adhesive to generate gloss. Since the gloss generated by the adhesive is not generated by the adhesive itself, a material such as a powder, which generates light as it is rubbed or washed with the human body or other articles, is dropped from the adhesive, and thus the gloss does not last long.

According to another feature of the invention, the protective film 20 is provided with a method for producing a glossy fabric with an enamel layer, characterized in that the OPP film.

According to another feature of the present invention, withdraw the one end of the fiber fabric (10) wound in the form of a roll through one side of the coating through the enamel coating roll 31 to apply enamel and then injecting outside air to dry first After taking out the protective film 20 wound in a roll form on one surface of which the enamel of the dried fiber fabric 10 is applied, winding it in a roll form while continuously attaching it and drying it again, the protective film in the fiber fabric 10 ( 20) there is provided a glossy fabric with an enamel layer, characterized in that made by removing.

As described above, according to the present invention, a glossy fabric in which the enamel coating layer 11 is formed without drawing out one end of the fiber fabric 10 made of fabric or knitted fabric and wound in a roll shape and applying friction or heat to one surface thereof. Since it can be provided, the tissue of the fiber fabric 10 is prevented from being damaged, and there is an effect that the quality of the fiber fabric 10 itself is not degraded while shining. In addition, a separate adhesive is applied to the fiber fabric 10 so that the optical coating layer of the film is transferred to the fiber fabric 10 by the adhesive and not polished. Instead, the enamel coating layer 11 itself applied to the fiber fabric 10 is applied. Because it gives a gloss, the gloss does not disappear even by friction with the human body or washing, so the gloss lasts for a long time. Then, by applying the enamel 30 on one surface of the fiber fabric 10 and laminating the protective film 20 on the upper surface thereof with the pressing roll 34, the enamel 30 does not penetrate into the fiber fabric 10. Since the enamel coating layer 11 is fixed to the surface of the fiber fabric 10 by being attached to the protective film 20, it is possible to produce better gloss without damaging the fiber fabric 10 as described above. In particular, when the OPP film having excellent surface smoothness is used as the protective film 20, it can be easily separated from the enamel coating layer 11 after completely drying with the enamel coating layer 11, so that the fiber fabric () is not damaged and the enamel coating layer ( 11) is not dropped and glossiness is prevented from falling. Meanwhile, when the enamel 30 is applied, the coated surface of the application roll 31 is formed in a predetermined pattern so that the enamel coating layer 11 applied to the fiber fabric 10 forms a predetermined pattern, thereby providing a glossy fabric having a beautiful appearance. Can be.

The objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 is a view schematically showing a manufacturing process of a glossy fabric with an enamel layer according to an embodiment of the present invention, Figure 2 is a view showing a cross section of the fiber fabric according to each manufacturing process of Figure 1, 3 is a block diagram of the manufacturing process of the embodiment.

As shown, the method for producing a glossy fabric with an enamel layer according to an embodiment of the present invention is the fiber fabric 10 is enamel coating step (A), first drying step (B), film lamination step (C) By going through the second drying step (D) and the film removal step (E), the enamel luster lasts for a long time without damaging the structure of the fiber fabric 10. First, the fiber fabric 10 includes a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, a nonwoven fabric, and the like is continuously passed through the processes as one end is drawn out in a roll form wound on a paper tube.

The enamel coating process (A) is guided through the application roll 31 for applying the enamel 30 by the transfer rolls 1 to 3 while one end of the fiber fabric 10 wound in a roll form is drawn out, The enamel 30 is applied to one surface of the fiber fabric 10 to form an enamel coating layer 11 as shown in FIG. At this time, the enamel 30 is appropriately diluted with a solvent in order to lower the adhesiveness so that it can be easily applied to the fiber fabric 10. On the other hand, by forming a coating surface consisting of a predetermined pattern on the outer circumferential surface of the coating roll 31 may be a predetermined pattern is formed on the enamel coating layer 11 applied to one surface of the fiber fabric (10).

The first drying step (B) is to inject the outside air into the fiber fabric 10 having the enamel coating layer 11 formed on one surface through the enamel coating step (A) to quickly volatilize the solvent mixed in the enamel to restore the adhesion of the enamel It is a process to make it. At this time, the enamel may melt when high temperature heat or air is in contact with the fiber fabric 10, so that the fiber fabric 10 guided by the feed rolls 4 and 5, as shown in FIG. ) It is desirable to block the heat and air outside by passing through the inside. More preferably, air at room temperature is injected into the chamber 32 to prevent the enamel from dissolving and volatilize the solvent more quickly. In FIG. 2 (b), reference numeral 33 is a blowing fan for injecting air at room temperature.

The film laminating step (C) is a step of continuously attaching the protective film 20 to one surface of the fiber fabric 10 on which the enamel coating layer 11 in which the adhesiveness is recovered through the first drying step (B) is formed. At this time, the protective film 20 is wound in the form of a roll as shown in (c) of FIG. 2 with one end being pulled out to be attached to one surface of the fiber fabric 10 guided by the transfer rolls 6 and 7. As it passes between the pair of pressing rolls 34, it is attached to the fiber fabric 10 by the adhesive force of the enamel coating layer 11 as shown in (d) of FIG. At this time, the pressing roll 34 is provided with a heater (not shown) to apply heat, and the pressing roll 34 to which the fiber fabric 10 is in contact may be provided with a cushioning material of rubber.

On the other hand, the protective film 20 is attached only by the adhesive force of the enamel coating layer 11 is used as a film of the material that can be easily separated from the fiber fabric 10 is not adhered to itself, preferably, Since it does not change the intrinsic properties of the enamel 30 itself, it improves the gloss of the enamel coating layer 11 and has excellent surface smoothness so that the work can be easily separated from the fiber fabric 10 without undergoing a separate release process. In addition, the enamel coating layer 11 is prevented from falling off from the fiber fabric 10 during the separation operation, so that the gloss is further improved and the cost is low and the cost is also reduced.

In addition, the enamel coating layer 11 coated on one surface of the fiber fabric 10 may not penetrate into the fiber fabric 10 because it is not yet completely dried, and the enamel coating layer 11 is applied to the protective film 20. Since the adhesive is prevented from penetrating the fiber fabric 10 is formed on the surface of the fiber fabric 10 can be excellent gloss without damaging the tissue of the fiber fabric 10.

In the second drying step (D), the fiber fabric 10 to which the protective film 20 is attached is wound in the form of a roll on the paper tube through the film laminating step (C), and then dried in a drying chamber (not shown) in this state. Preferably, the film is dried at about 70 ° C. to 80 ° C. for about 1 to 2 days to improve the gloss of the enamel coating layer 11 and to easily separate the protective film 20 from the fiber fabric 10.

At this time, the enamel coating layer 11 may be buried on the other side of the fiber fabric 10 when the fiber fabric 10 having the enamel coating layer 11 formed on one surface is rolled, and thus the fiber fabric 10 is loosened. A portion of the coating layer 11 may be adhered to the other surface of the fiber fabric 10 so that the enamel coating layer 11 may be damaged on one surface of the fiber fabric 10 and may be formed nonuniformly. The enamel coating layer 11 may be a protective film 20. Since it is covered by the other side of the fiber fabric 10 is prevented from being buried and the fiber fabric 10 can be wound in a roll form and dried, the above problems do not occur. In addition, since the volume of the fiber fabric 10 wound in a roll form through the film lamination process (C) is considerably reduced, a plurality of fiber fabrics 10 can be dried at once in a drying chamber (not shown), thereby improving productivity.

The film removing step (E) is a step of removing the protective film 20 from the fiber fabric 10 wound in a roll form after the second drying step (D), the fiber fabric 10 in the two branches not shown As the protective film 20 is separately wound and wound, only the glossy fabric having the enamel coating layer 11 formed on one surface is wound in a roll form as shown in FIG.

In this way, the enamel coating layer 11 can be formed without applying friction or heat to the fiber fabric 10, thereby preventing tissue damage of the fiber fabric 10, resulting in quality degradation. In addition, by applying a separate adhesive to the fiber fabric to move the optical coating layer of the film to the fiber fabric with an adhesive to emit light, the enamel coating layer 11 itself is applied to the fiber fabric 10, because it is glossy, Gloss lasts for a long time because light does not disappear even by friction or washing.
