Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a separate type hybrid drive system drive device, and more specifically, to completely separate the power transmission system for transmitting the power of the motor from the composite drive system, when performing the performance test of the composite drive system using the composite drive system Minimize the heat generated in the process of driving the composite propulsion system and increase the number of revolutions of the rotating shaft, and even if it is operated for a long time, the damage of the complex propulsion system can be minimized, and the length of the rotating shaft can be minimized to solve the vibration problem of the shaft. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a separate type combined propulsion system drive system.
Recently, research on energy saving devices (ESD) has been actively conducted, especially in merchant ships, due to the rise in fuel costs.
In addition, the energy-saving device is a pre-swirl stator (FIG. 1) and a post-swirl stator (FIG. 2), in which two propellers are installed in the concentric shaft, in which an additional device is installed in the propeller rather than the hull itself. Rotating counter-rotating propeller (CRP: Counter-Rotating Propeller (FIG. 3), propeller boss cap fin (PBCF: Propeller Boss Cap Fin) (PBCF) to increase the propulsion efficiency by attaching a fin to the cap fixing the propeller ( Research on the combined propulsion (Combined-Thruster), such as Figure 4) is mainly done.
In the case of the counter-rotating propeller, since the inner and outer two rotating shafts located on the concentric shaft rotate counter to each other, the initial investment cost of the shaft manufacturing is very high, but the efficiency can be improved up to 10%. Current and wake stators and propeller boss cappins can be expected to improve efficiency by 2-4%, but design techniques must be developed first.
The energy saving device should be designed so that the fluid relationship can be well formed between the multiple propellers, so that high efficiency can be expected. In addition, an optimal design method should be developed to control the cavitation generation that appears with the improvement of efficiency. In general, the design method of a compound propeller should be developed based on a high performance test. In order to develop an optimal performance test method, a compound propeller high enough to measure the rotation, thrust, and torque of each propeller located on a concentric shaft is required. The manufacture of a dynamometer and its drive is required.
The combined propulsion motor is installed inside the model ship to verify the performance of the combined propellers such as current stator and wake stator, upper rotating propeller, propeller boss cap pin, etc. Equipment used to perform
Since the compound propeller has two propellers attached to the concentric shaft and two rotating shafts forming the concentric shaft, the combined propulsion dynamometer should measure the thrust and torque along with the rotation of each propeller during the cavitation test. It is provided with a sensor that can measure the thrust and torque of the propeller. Therefore, according to the combined propulsion dynamometer, the individual characteristics related to the cavitation generation of each propeller can be grasped during the cavitation test of the propellers installed on the two inner and outer rotary shafts that can rotate independently of each other.
In addition, the combined propulsion dynamometer should be used in large cavitation tunnels with variable internal pressure (0.02 ~ 3.0 bar). Therefore, the combined propulsion dynamometer itself, including the motor itself, should be manufactured for underwater use. Since it should be carried out, the measurement limit and the number of revolutions for each axis of rotation should be at least 1500 N thrust, 60 N-m torque, and 3000 RPM.
Such a compound propulsion dynamometer requires two motors that can rotate two rotary shafts, respectively, inside and outside of the compound propeller. In addition, as the two rotary shafts in the concentric shaft must be driven by two motors, the configuration of the combined propulsion motor drive device including the motors also appears to be a very difficult problem.
In this regard, Figures 5 and 6 show the conventional drive system of the combined propulsion dynamometer, in Figure 5 two motors (1a, 1b), combined propulsion dynamometer (2), two propellers connected to the concentric shaft and the upper half rotation You can see (3a, 3b) placed on the model line. The motor 1a connected to the
However, as a result of using the conventional hybrid drive system driving apparatus shown in Figs. 5 and 6, various problems appeared, the root cause of which is a power transmission system that delivers the power of the motor is integrated with the combined drive system. Based on. As described above, in FIGS. 5 and 6, in the case of the conventional hybrid propulsion drive system driving device, an external
As described above, the power transmission method using the
In addition, even though the internal rotating
As described above, the existing hybrid propulsion drive system shows various problems, and there is an urgent need for improvement.
The present invention has been proposed to solve the above problems, by completely separating the power transmission system for transmitting the power of the motor and the composite propulsion system, the driving process of the composite propulsion system in the performance test of the composite propeller using the composite propulsion system The new concept of a separate compound propeller that minimizes the heat generated in the shaft and raises the number of revolutions of the rotating shaft and minimizes the damage of the combined propulsion dynamometer even after long hours of operation. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a dynamometer drive device.

Finally, the
In the case of the separate type combined propulsion system driving device according to the present invention, since the combined
In addition, according to the present invention, unlike the conventional, when the performance test of the composite propulsion machine using the
