Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a polyester composite fiber material having properties similar to rayon, and more particularly, to a deep sheath polyester composite fiber material having excellent drape due to soft touch, hygroscopicity and high specific gravity of rayon. will be.
In general, rayon has a high specific gravity of 1.51, so it has excellent drapey, soft touch due to the appearance of soft gloss by the cross section of the natural uneven structure by wet spinning and the fibril expression of the yarn surface by post-processing. Although the tensile strength is weak to 1.7 to 2.0 g / de, it is mainly used for lining material, blended material, non-clothing, or embroidery thread.
Republic of Korea Patent Application No. 2010-0039684 (Applicant: Woongjin Chemical) relates to a "polyester fiber composition excellent in touch and draping" and 0.1 to 10 wt% PEG content, 0.1 to 10 barium sulfate based on PEG molecular weight 1,000 to 20,000 Disclosed is a polyester fiber composition having a soft touch of rayon, excellent drape property, and a rayon intrinsic gloss effect, in which wt% and a particle diameter are 0.01 to 2.0 mu m. However, to make the microslit on the fiber surface in order to obtain a substantially soft touch, a PEG molecular weight of 10,000 or more should be used and the content should be 2% or more. In addition, in order to make a fabric material with excellent drape property, barium sulfate having a high specific gravity is added, and it is not practical to polymerize both at the same time in the polymerization process. Even if it is made, if barium sulfate enters more than 1%, it protrudes from the surface of the fiber and causes dyeing defects and process troubles in the spinning process.
Korean Patent Application No. 2006-0129230 (Applicant: Hyosung) "release cross-sectional polyester fiber and its manufacturing method" is 0.3 to 5 wt% metal sulfonate salt and 0.5 to 10 wt% polyoxyalkylene ether copolymer or mixture It is a polyester release cross section fiber having a degree of release of 2 or more and a non-shrinkage of 3% or less, and easily forms microcraters or microslits that are uniformly distributed by ordinary weight reduction processing, thereby providing high mold release properties, low shrinkage characteristics and fairness. Disclosed are polyester release cross-section fibers having good dyeing properties and the like. However, due to the aggregation of the metal salt compound in the polymerization process, the problem of trimming and dyeing problem occurs in the radial drawing process and there is a problem that the microslit formation is not easy.
It is characterized in that 0.1 to 5% by weight of polyethylene glycol in the range of 20,000 is prepared by complex spinning using a copolymerized polyester resin.
Barium sulfate is slurried and then added after the esterification reaction to effect condensation polymerization.
The cardiac composite fiber of the present invention configured as described above exhibits soft surface touch and has excellent hygroscopicity and drape. In addition, the sheath-core type of the sheath-type structure can be formed to maximize the micro slit effect of the yarn surface with low polyethylene glycol content, and the barium sulfate protrudes into the yarn surface by deepening the polyester resin containing barium sulfate. It can solve appearance defects such as loops and trimming problems during the process.
The polyester in which the initial polyethylene glycol is copolymerized is formed on the yarn surface due to the high orientation of yarn manufacturing, and the polyethylene glycol having a high molecular weight falls off during the reduction of the post-process to form a microslit structure on the yarn surface. These microslit surface characteristics exhibit soft touch and hygroscopicity similar to rayon in knitted fabrics. In addition, polyester with deep barium sulfate added exhibits excellent drape property due to the mixing effect of high specific gravity ceramics.

In Example 2, the polyester resin copolymerized with 3 wt% polyethyleneglycol was composed in the same manner, but the general polyester resin containing no barium sulfate was composed of the core, and the weight ratio of the core to the core was 50/50. Yarn was prepared by spinning 36 filaments in 75De in a composite cardiac iris pack. The results of fairness and appearance inspection of yarn production, softness and drape of fabric after fabric production are shown in Table 1.
비교예Comparative Example 3 3
Yarn was prepared by spinning 3% by weight of a polyethylene resin copolymerized with polyethylene glycol in 75De in 75De in a spinning pack of the general type alone rather than a deep sheath type composite spinning pack. The results of fairness and appearance inspection of yarn production, softness and drape of fabric after fabric production are shown in Table 1.
비교예Comparative Example 4 4
Yarn was prepared by spinning 5% by weight of a barium sulfate copolymerized polyester resin with 75 filaments at 75De in a general single type spinning pack instead of a deep sheath type composite spinning pack. The results of fairness and appearance inspection at the time of yarn production, softness and drape of the fabric after fabrication are shown in Table 1.
In the present invention, evaluation methods such as fairness, appearance, and performance are as follows.
Evaluation of fairness: Grade 1 output / total output = yield (by weight)
* Softness and Drapery Evaluation: Five experts performed a sensory evaluation on the touch.
As shown in Table 1, the higher the content of polyethylene glycol in the copolymer polyether constituting the first part, the better the soft touch was expressed, and the drape property was improved as the content of the deep barium sulfate was increased. The vinegar-type composite materials of Examples 1 to 4 exhibited similar texture and properties as those of rayon with soft touch and drape. In Comparative Example 1, only 5% by weight of barium sulfate was added to the core part in the heart sheath structure, and in Comparative Example 2, only 3% by weight of polyethylene glycol was added to the beginning part.
Comparative Examples 1 and 2 obtained satisfactory results in terms of fairness and appearance as in Examples, but did not obtain good results in soft touch and drape, respectively.
In Comparative Examples 3 and 4, the comparison was made to the general single radiation type, not to the deep sheath type complex radiation type. The fairness was very poor in Comparative Examples 3 and 4, except for soft touch and drape. Particularly, in Comparative Example 4, due to the protrusion of the barium sulfate particles to the yarn surface, the trimming was increased in the spinning process, so that the yield was not good.
In order to efficiently obtain the micro slit expression characteristics of the polyester yarn surface polymerized with polyethylene glycol and the high specific gravity effect of barium sulfate, each polyester resin can be separated by a single-score type, rather than a single spinning type Much better fairness and soft touch and drape were obtained.
