Claims (1)

떡볶이 제조장치에 있어서;
쌀반죽물이 봉상으로 압출되는 압출실린더(10)와,
상기 압출실린더(10)에 수납되어 쌀반죽물이 압출되게 이송시키는 떡이송스크류(11)와,
상기 떡이송스크류(11)의 내부에 수납되어 소스를 이송하는 소스이송스크류(20)와,
압출실린더(10)의 압출구(12)에 결합되어 떡볶이가 회전배출되도록 3개이상의 나선홈(32)으로 형성된 회전유도나선부(31)가 형성된 회전유도압출관(30)과,
상기 회전유도압출관(30)의 배출구(33) 전방에 측 방향으로 이송되게 구비되어 압출되는 떡볶이가 제자리 구름되는 역방향으로 이송되는 이송컨베이어(40)와,
상기 이송컨베이어(40)의 상면에서 떡볶이가 미끄러져서 용이하게 전방으로 압출되게 이송컨베이어(40)의 상면에 미끄럼유도유체(51)를 도포하는 미끄럼유도유체도포구(50)와,
떡볶이를 절단하는 절단장치(60)와 떡이송스크류(11)를 구동하는 압출이송모터(M)와 소스이송스크류(20)의 회동을 제어하는 소스이송회전제어구(70) 및 압출이송모터(M)와 이송컨베이어(40), 소스이송회전제어구(70) 및 절단장치(60)의 동작을 제어하는 압출제어기(80)로 구성하며,
상기 떡이송스크류(11)의 내부에는 전후로 관통되어 소스가 이송되는 소스이송실린더가 형성되고, 상기 소스이송스크류(20)의 이송브레이드는 떡이송스크류(11)의 이송브레이드와 역방향으로 형성하며,
상기 압출제어기(80)는 소스의 충진이 이루어지게 하고 소스이송회전제어구(70)를 동작 제어하고, 압출되는 떡볶이가 절단되게 소스이송회전제어구(70)를 온,오프제어하고 절단장치(60)를 동작 제어하게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 소스 충진 떡볶이 떡 제조장치.
