Claims (4)

(ⅰ) 폴리에스테르 편물 일면에 폴리비닐알코올 수지층을 형성하여 1차기재를 제조하는 공정;
(ⅱ) 상기 1차기재에 안료를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 수지를 함침시켜 2차기재를 제조하는 공정;
(ⅲ) 상기 2차기재를 물속에 침지시켜 2차기재 내에 함침된 폴리우레탄 수지를 응고함과 동시에 폴리비닐알코올 수지층을 용출하여 3차기재를 제조하는 공정; 및
(ⅳ) 상기 3차기재의 일면에 안료와 접착제를 포함하는 바인더 용액을 코팅하는 프린팅 공정;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이염방지성 및 유연성이 우수한 합성피혁의 제조방법.
