Claims (7)
- 내측에 원통형의 내부 공간이 형성되는 몸체부와;
비교코일(differential coils)로 이루어진 프로브가 전방으로 돌출 형성되며, 상기 몸체부에 대해 회전 가능하게 장착되는 지지체를 포함하되;
상기 지지체의 전방에 탈착 가능한 프로브팁이 구비되며, 상기 프로브팁 중앙에는 상기 프로브가 삽입되어 외부로 돌출되도록 관통홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와전류 프로브.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 몸체부 외측면에는 상기 지지체의 회전 방향을 가이드하는 가이드홀이 형성되며, 상기 지지체의 외주면에는 체결부재삽입홈이 형성되고, 상기 몸체부 외측에서 상기 가이드홀을 통해 상기 체결부재삽입홈에 체결되는 체결부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와전류 프로브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 프로브팁의 전방면은 검사 대상이 되는 면에 대응하는 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 와전류 프로브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 몸체부 외측면에는 손잡이삽입홈이 형성되며, 상기 손잡이삽입홈에 손잡이가 수직 방향으로 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와전류 프로브.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 손잡이 하부에는 커넥터가 구비되어 와전류 검사장치와 연동되되, 상기 커넥터는 지지체의 프로브와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와전류 프로브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 지지체에 몸체부가 관통되며, 상기 지지체 끝단에는 고정캡이 삽입되어 상기 지지체와 고정캡 사이에 몸체부가 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와전류 프로브.
