상기 상부판(20)에는 벽체패널(10)의 상단부가 끼워질 수 있도록 끼움홈(21)이 형성되어짐과 함께 내부에는 충격흡수를 위한 우레탄블럭(22)이 삽입 구비되고, 상기 끼움홈(21)에는 상부가스켓(23)이 삽입 구성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 벽체 패널을 이용한 모듈러 건축물의 결합구조.
